The third bedroom has a sofa which easily converts to a very comfortable single or large double bed.
Cots can be provided at no extra cost but they do need to be requested at the time of booking.
The bathroom is decorated with traditional French tiles and includes both an overhead and hand held shower, standard size bath, wash basin and bidet. A separate WC is located immediately next door.
A private utility room housing a washing machine and separate tumble dryer is conveniently situated on the ground floor.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. There is one flight of steps leading up to the apartment.
To make a reservation, we would send you a booking form to complete and return to us. We would require a booking deposit of 25% to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your arrival. Payment is preferred by bank transfer, although other payment options may be possible.
We live here in Antibes and we would meet you on your arrival and departure, regardless of the time. We are also available throughout the duration of your holiday should you need us for anything.

Golf: Within a 30 to 40 minute drive from Antibes there is an excellent selection of well maintained golf courses to be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities. Designed by names such as R. Trent Jones Snr & Jnr, Dave Thomas and Peter Allis, C. Robinson and Jean Pascal Foures, some of the courses in this area are the best in France, if not Europe. Courses which are set in beautiful surroundings with mountain backdrops and overlooking the Mediterranean can offer some reward when your swing is having a bad day. The pleasant all year round climate is particularly appealing for golfers who are able to enjoy their game out of the main season of July and August when the courses are less busy.
Golfing holidays can be organised to include bookings and transportation to meet with your requirements.
Ski: The nearest ski resorts are Isola 2000 and Auron. About one and a half hours from Nice. There is a bus service from Nice.

Only 20 mins from Nice Airport, this beautifully restored apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Old Town Antibes. Not only is it a stone’s throw from the lively Marche Provençal, many fabulous restaurants and charming boutiques, but it is also within easy walking distance of several sandy beaches, the Picasso Museum, Fort Carre and the famous Port Vauban, where you can view some of the most sumptuous yachts in the Med.
An excellent local bus service takes you to Cap d’Antibes or Juan les Pins in minutes and the fast coastal train service travels to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia.
A short drive in from the coast you will find many attractive ‘perched’ villages such as St. Paul de Vence, Saint- Jeannet, Biot and Mougins.
