This newly refurbished luxury apartment is ideal for a family group or couple, and is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Cap d'Antibes, famous for the most prestigious properties along the French Riviera.
Comprising of a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and integrated DVD player, American style kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, a bathroom featuring contemporarily designed double shower area with large pan shower head, glass basin and towel drying facilities, and one luxury double bedroom.
Located within five minutes walk from beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities, and is local to the many attractions that Antibes and the surrounding areas have to offer.

The area they call the Cote d'Azur is surprisingley compact, a mere 40 miles from Cannes to Menton, but it encompasses some of the most expensive real estate in the world.

Set against a backdrop of Roman artefacts and breathtaking scenery, the natural beauty of Antibes remains one of the most unique places along the Cote d'Azur.
The city has a delightful old quarter with chateaux and a Provencal market that opens each day.
It is renowned for its Picasso museum and Port Vauban marina known throughout the world as a place where Super Yachts gather.
There are plenty of little streets to explore, restaurants of all types, lots of boutiques and shops, and many different activities to suit your taste and lifestyle.
Enjoy some of the many local attractions such as Forte Carre, the botanical garden, Villa Eilenroc, numerious museums and tours. The Garoupe Lighthouse provides one of the best views in the region, and Hotel du Cap, the hotel of choice for many famous people such as Madonna and Brad Pitt during their stays on the Cote d'Azur.
With its superb mix of restaurants and cafe's, many exciting festivals including the Mimosa Flower Festival, the Carnival of Nice around February, the Cannes Film Festival, the Jazz Festival during July in Juan, and the Monaco grand prix in May, these are just a few of the many attractions that are local to the area.

“A Lovely Place Especially The Shower” We stayed at Saramartel for the beginning of July and were extremely happy with our experience. The flat is located down a set of stairs, however still manages to gain loads of sun light, so still feels light and airy. The flat is located down a lovely road and is roughly: 5 Minutes from a small public beach & 10 minutes to the centre of town which sparks into life at about 8 at night, with market stalls and even a hair braid lady! We used the flat to cook a few of our meals and everything worked well. The only slight dampener was the lack of oven, however we got round this small issue by using the microwave. The large shower was brilliant and all the modcons worked well, over all we felt that the apartment was fantastic value for money and were treated to a friendly welcome from Carrie too. Thank you for a lovely stay at a wonderful apartment which we will be sure to look at if we decide to head to Antibes/Juan Le Pins again.

“Stylish apartment, great location” The apartment was small but stylish. Great for a single person or couple. Location was perfect - close to the free beach and walking distance from the shops and restaurants, although far enough away that we weren't disturbed by the fantastic concerts they put on in the park (the likes of ZZ top and Jamie Cullum!). The apartment was really well equiped and very clean. A great base for exploring. Juan Les Pins was lovely, very family atmosphere and despite all the bars in the centre no silly drunks, all very civilised. Our favourite parts were evening picnics on the beach, the Picasso Museum and a midnight Boules tournament.

“Perfect location with great conditions!” From the start I was impressed by the easy and quick communication process between me and the owners. The apartment was as described and seen in the pictures. We were very satisfied with the conditions offered such as the kitchen amenities and the clean bathroom. The location was great (Antibes is gorgeous) as well as convenient since it is situated between Cannes and Nice. All in all, it was a great trip due to the comfort provided and the beautiful scenery of Cote d'Azur! Thank you Residence Saramartel! :)

A mandatory cleaning fee of £35.00 is charged per stay.

A deposit of £100.00 (per week booked) is required to confirm the booking (non-refundable) with the balance being paid 4 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is also taken 4 weeks before arrival to cover any breakages, excessive cleaning, replacement keys etc, and will be refunded within two weeks of your return.
