The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms, each with a stunning view out of sliding patio doors, a newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower, separate cloakroom with toilet, spacious sitting room and modern, bright fully equipped kitchen. Although many guests love to eat out, and there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from, if you do want to spend some time enjoying your own home cooking, then the kitchen has plenty of work-surface space and has been kitted out with all the equipement a cook requires, decent peelers and sharp knives included! A balcony runs all around the outside of the flat, offering views of the sea, the Old Town, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the surrounding area. You can follow the sun as it moves around the balcony if you’re a sun worshipper or enjoy dinner on the balcony after it’s gone down.

There is an outdoor swimming pool and Boule area set in mature gardens.

The flat is equipped with internet access and Wi Fi , flat screened TV and access to Livebox video service so teenagers need never feel too far away from friends!

An underground parking space is available on request.

Antibes really offers something for everyone. Its packed with bars and restaurants so you need never eat a the same place twice. The Old Town is full of history and atmosphere , the Port area is lively and bustling and Juan Les Pins is is a magent for teenagers - filled with great boutiques, more bars and more restaurants and go carting if you're that way inclined!

Taking a stroll up to Cap d'Antibes past the lighthouse is always worth the time and if you want to splash out then a visit to Restaurant Bacon which has a stunning view from the tip of the Cap and has earned its Michelin stars comes highly recommended. If you want any other restaurant recommendations just ask - we make it our business to try out as many as possible!

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

This 2 bedroomed flat is located in Antibes on the Cote d’Azur, equidistant between Cannes and Nice. Antibes itself is a charming, bustling Riviera town offering plenty to do for all age groups with a number of beaches right in the town and along the Cap. If you like to potter around charming, rambling cobbled streets, browse in the Provencal market or simply sit in the sunshine enjoying a leisurely drink, then the Old Town is the place for you. Others may prefer the atmosphere of the Old Port, watching the boats coming and going. Teenagers tend to gravitate towards the glitter of Juan Les Pins which is walkable from the flat and packed with shops, restaurants, bars and of course beaches. Antibes itself is filled with things to do. The Picasso Museum situated in the old castle and overlooking the Mediterranean sea is a must to visit. The hill villages are easily accessilbe from Antibes and can be lovely spots to cool off. St. Paul de Vence offers a cornucopia of shops, arts and crafts and some of the most breathtaking views.

A short drive from Antibes and heading into the hills you can easily visit hilltop villages such as St. Paul de Vence or maybe make a trip to Marineland just along the coast from Antibes.

"Location, location, location plus lots of other things!"

We knew the area and knew we wanted to be here which helped. After that it was pinning down the exact property. Oree du Cap ticks virtually all of the boxes and proved a great choice.
The flat was really well equipped with virtually everything you could ever wish for. Lots of new appliances in the kitchen; the sharp knives and peelers mentioned in the advertising blurb and enough cutlery and crockery to last a fornight without washing up!
With the long "wrap around" balcony being able to sit out of the wind, in the sun, and have a leisurely Sunday lunch whilst watching the mountains. Bliss, even in February.
Very convenient for the local bus network, not too far to stroll to either Antibes or Juan les Pins stations the car can be left in the garage (not the biggest but most average size cars will fit OK. Ours did.).
The bakery down the road is simply one of the best anywhere and at 15mins the Marche Provencal can pander to all your needs. Try the pasta shop just down from the Marche Provencal in Rue Sade.
Just a geat place to chill.
