Villa Temps Perdu is located on the outskirts of the historic village of Biot, with its famous glassworks and potteries. The south west facing terrace and garden is perfect for soaking up the sun, and relaxing. Although in a quiet location it is only a few minutes from the village and 15 mins from Antibes with its many wonderful restaurants and famous port. The villa boasts a great Summer kitchen with bbq, hob and fridge perfect for al fresco dining.

The Cote d'Azur is famous for it's all year round climate, and with it's history and places of interest makes it an ideal holiday location. Nice is within easy reach by car, train or bus, also Juan Les Pins, Cannes and Monaco and Italy.
Antibes / Biot area
The villa is situated in Biot, a charming old historic village and well worth a visit. It is famous for its glassworks and pottery. there are many wonderful restaurants covering all tastes and budgets. i also has an excellent market each Tuesday morning. Marineland is located less than 10 mins drive away and is Europes largest Marine Park and enjoyed by young and old. It also boasts a water park, crazy golf and butterfly farm. The local supermarket is located only a 5 minute drive away.

Further details indoors: This wonderful luxury villa has recently been redecorated to a high standard. It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with complete with American fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher as well as all the other equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Each ground floor room which includes the master bedroom opens out onto the terrace that runs the length of the villa with views across the garden to the valley beyond. The lounge is large with an open fire for those wanting a winter break in the South of France. Upstairs the second (Double) and third bedroom (Twin) share a delightful outside terrace with lovely views, perfect for a quiet glass of wine or morning coffee. The fourth bedroom has full size bunk beds.
Further details outdoors: This luxury villa has a lovely provencal garden that is well maintained. The pool has a removable secure fencing to comply with current French regulations. There is also an outside kitchen with fridge and bbq. This overlooks the pool, perfect for any meal of the day and relaxing after a meal, while still being able to watch those in the pool. There is a second part of the garden that has partially been left in a more natural state due to its hilly location, but ideal for older children to explore and play. There is a garage for 1 car but plently of parking space for up to 3 other vehicles.
