About the home

Villa Med is a superb, new, air-conditioned Provencal villa facing directly out over the Mediterranean. There are spectacular views over the National Park to the sparkling sea from the garden and the terrace.
Sunbathe on the lawn or relax in the shade in the beautiful, spacious, private garden. Soak in the welcoming hot tub with views of the sea.
Enjoy family barbecues in the outside summer kitchen with a shaded dining table and a 'fridge for those cool drinks.
Inside, the beautiful open-plan living space opens onto a sunny terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Elegantly furnished, the villa has original oil paintings and touches of Provencal style.
Excellent facilities include WiFi internet access, new flatscreen HD TV with SKY (Sports, News, Disney, Movies etc), USB port for your own movies. Air conditioning. Italian designer kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer).
3 large bedrooms with new comfy beds. The impressive master bedroom (8m long) has superb sea views.
The villa is situated in a quiet, gated community and you have free use of the fantastic 25m swimming pool, just 2 minutes walk from the villa. Plenty of parking outside the villa.
Ecxellent location with easy access to all the sights of the French Riviera.

Bedroom 2 : Large double bedroom with twin beds which convert to a king size double if preferred. Space for an additional single bed and / or a cot. Superb sea views.
Downstairs : Bedroom 3 : large double bed. View over garden and hot tub.
Cots, high chairs and 2 additional single beds are available free of charge.

Further details outdoors:
There are beautiful views of the Mediterranean from the shaded terrace and the hot tub.
Children love the hot tub - it is safe and the water is warm all year round.
For carefree holiday meals, there is a large outside dining area with a barbecue and a fridge for cool drinks. It's a prefect spot for relaxed family meals.
The friendly gated community is peaceful and there is plenty of space to park outside the villa.
A 2- minute walk takes you to the 25m swimming pool, with a long shallow end suitable for children. The pool is rarely busy, even in high season. The pool has security gates and you can be sure that your children are safe and can have fun, accompanied by you.
You are also a few minutes' walk from the Vaugrenier National Park which borders the sea : there are picnic areas, nature walks and fitness trails. A wide variety of beaches are within easy reach.
We are close to Marineland, with a sea world show - watch the Orcas and swim with the dolphins!

It is ideal for those seeking to combine the attractions of the Riviera with the space, seclusion and comfort of an independent villa and garden.
Nice, with its legendary Promenade des Anglais and Cannes with its elegant Croisette are easily reached by excellent coastal road and rail connections.
Join the fun at the glamourous Film Festival when the stars parade for the paparazzi and movie moghuls clinch deals at the Cannes casinos.
Fashionable Monaco has a full programme of concerts all year round : try your luck at the casino or come for the legendary Grand Prix.
For a change of scene, Italy is less than an hour away : San Remo, Imperia , the Friday food market in Ventimiglia - go for lunch !

The Antibes / Biot area

You are a 5-minute drive to charming Biot which has retained that authentic village ambience. Enjoy your morning croissants from the local boulangerie and try traditional delicacies at the market. Biot is known for its handicrafts and you will find that special gift to take home amongst the artisan's boutiques.
The village has a range of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars.
Antibesis renowned for its luxury yacht marina and the winding streets of the medieval old town. There is a superb provencal market for excellent fresh food : it turns into a bustling restaurant arcade in the evenings.
Juan les Pins, with its famous beaches, parties all night long in the summer : great for fascinating people-watching.
The area features world-class museums and art galeries : Picasso in Antibes, Renoir in Cagnes, Chagall, Matisse and Dufy and the superb Modern Art Museum in Nice.

'We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa in May 2011. We were welcomed warmly after a long flight and were immediately knocked out by the views of the Mediterranean. Everything is exactly as described - the villa is immaculate. Very comfortable beds and lots of space. Jan helped us a lot - thank you! Our grandchildren loved the hot tub. Our favourite morning routine was to walk to the bakery for croissants and then sit on the terrace with our private views of the sea for a long slow breakfast. The garden is just beautiful.
