Riviera Apartment has been completely refurbished and all furniture is new for April 2012.

The apartment has unobstructed views of the beautiful Parc Exflora from the main balcony.
The second balcony adjoins the master bedroom and overlooks the infinity swimming pool.
Both balconies have garden furniture so you can make the most of the views.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout.

The apt comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 1 child with a Master bedroom (King size bed), Twin Bedroom (2 single full size beds), leather lounge suite (transforms into a full size double bed).

SKY TV & French TV, XBOX-360, HIFI with iPOD docking, DVD player & Wi-Fi.

Fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, fridge/freezer & microwave. A/C in bedrooms.
Onsite reserved underground Parking.
Infinity Swimming Pool with toddler section.

The apartment has a bright open plan kitchen, dining and lounge Area.

Fully fitted Kitchen has all the crockery, utensils, pots and pans you need.

Both bedrooms have A/C fitted and overlook the infinity Swimming pool.
Bedroom 1 has a double glass width sliding doors which open onto a balcony where 2 chairs can be found. Bedroom 2 has a half length window, which opens fully.
Both bedrooms have; wall fitted lights, electric shutters to provide privacy & also act to provide a sun block, wardrobes with shelves and hanging space.

Beach is 200 metres, 12 acre Parc exflora is 10metres away.

A Football, rugby ball, frisbie, Badminton Set & 2 * Stunt scooters can be found in the apartment for the kids to enjoy. As well as the Swimming pool and did I mention the beach is less than 2 min walk?

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Where to start !! The Cote D'Azur, also known as the French Riviera, is everything that the name suggests - and more! There is certainly glamour - the Cannes film festival , the Monaco Grand Prix, the international Jazz festivals in Nice and Juan Les Pins epitomise the glamorous aspects of the area . There is also however the artistic heritage of the area, including museums to Matisse and Marc Chagall in Nice, a museum dedicated to Picasso in Vallauris and a museum to Renoir in Cagnes-Sur-Mer

The area has a number of centres of artisans . There are a number of potteries in Vallauris, perfumeries in Grasse and glassmakers and ceramic makers in Biot .

Food lovers of course are not forgotten whether it is a gourmet restaurant in Monaco, or buying bread from an artisanal bakery and local cheeses and olives in the Provencal markets of the area including those in Nice and Antibes.

There is a good road system making it easy to visit many places in the area even during a short break . The public transport system in the area is excellent and very reasonably priced . There is a local train service which connects the towns along the Cote D'Azur going as far as Ventimiglia in Italy , Much of the line runs along the coast making it a very pleasant and picturesque journey.

During the Summer months there are many companies running pleasure boat trips along the coast or visiting the offshore islands

The Antibes / Juan les Pins area

Riviera Apartment is located in the area known as Antibes-les-Pins which sits between Juan-les-Pins and Golfe-Juan, both reachable within a 10 minute walk. The apartment overlooks the 12 acre Parc Exflora and has views to the sea, the beach is only 200 meters from the apartment. The sandy beach runs for approx 2km and is made up of public & private stretches.

The following facilities can be found within a 1 minute walk;
E.Leclerc Supermarket, Tabac Newsagents, bar & cafe, restaurants, Proform Gym, McDonald’s, laundrette.

The bus stop 'Les Eucalyptus' is located right next to the Residence with services running east to Nice and west to Cannes. The Airport bus number 250, also stops here.

Golf-Juan also has a marina, and you are free to wander around the quayside looking at the multi-million pound yachts. A variety of restaurants can be found around the marina. A train station is located in Golf-Juan.
Juan-les-Pins, with its many restaurants, bars, casino and shops all open till late in the summer provides a more lively night out.
Day trips to St Tropez & Monaco are all possible via Car.

Price includes Towels(Beach,Bath and Hand), Linen(weekly), Cleaning, Travel Cot, High Chair, A/C, on site underground reserved parking, all utilities.

- A 25% deposit (credit or debit card/cheque/on-line bank transfer to a UK/French bank account) will be required to reserve your booking.

- The balance is required eight weeks prior to the holiday start date.

- A refundable damage deposit (£250/€300) is requried 1 week prior to the holiday start date.

- A local refundable key deposit. (€100)

If you cancel your holiday more than eight weeks before it is due to start then your deposit will returned minus £100 only if the booking dates are successfully re-rented, otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.

A £50/€60 cleaning charge will be levied if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory state.
