This apartment is a great place to either just chill and enjoy the sun and beach, stroll to nearby restaurants and shops. Or it is an ideal base to explore the many treats that the surrounding area offers. It is easy to get around on the local buses and trains and if you have a car you can park right outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to stroll into the old town with its wonderful market and less than a minute to walk to the beach ! Being right at the start of the Cap d'Antibes, there are wonderful walks nearby. The bustling town of Juan les Pins is just a short walk away and Monte Carlo and Italy iare just down the road by car or train. You can even do a day's ski trip comfortably. And having a great kitchen means that if you want to shop and eat the lovely food on sale, you can relax with dinner on the terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is spacious with lots of comfortable seating. There is a large tv flat screen iwth a good choice of progremmes in French and English. A well stocked library of books to suit most tastes. The bathroom is a good size with bath and shower. Separate WC with large washbasin. Bedrooms are roomy and have new beds that are very comfortable. The bedrooms look onto the gardens and pool and get the sun all morning and have their own terrace. The living room has a large terrace with outdoor table and chairs. Floors are marble in living areas and parquet in bedrooms. There is an entryphone and a full time gardien who takes care of the building. The apartment is on the first floor so is accessible by lift or stairs.

The priabte parking space is located right outside the apartement. The terrace at the front is off the kitchen and living room so easy for meals outside. As this side is shady at lunchtime, it is great for outdoors diining before the sun shines on it for a late afternoon aperitif ! The bedroom side gets the sun all morning until mid afternoon. There are colourful flowers outside the building and gardens on the inside around the pool. Lots of greenery all around.

Good location but disappointing

Location good but rooms in apartment outdated poor storage space, pool area no advantage as rather a distance and not always open - we were disappointed with the standard

This is a review for Auust 2016, I am surpeised that it has taken you a year to post this. To address the points you raise, I think you must have gone to a pool in a different place - it is actually in the gardens of the building itself so could not be closer. It does close at lunchtime but that is so that residents can have lunch in quiet. There is tons of hanging space with lots of coathangers and both bedrooms have plenty of empty drawers for storage. All the guests who have stayed there this year have had a great time .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynda (the owner) a message.

If Lynda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
