Tastefully furnished with the guests' comfort in mind, all the rooms have large patio doors leading to the spacious terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dinning. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you may need, including a mobile air conditioning unit for those hot summer days and nights.

The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and a built in double wardrobe. French windows lead out onto the surround terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds each with a bedside table and reading lamp. There is a built in wardrobe for storage and there is also access to the terrace through the french doors.
The bathroom is decorated with green and cream tiles. It is equipped with a bath and shower fitting, sink, toilet and towel heater. There is also a separate WC.
The living area is spacious and bright. It has a cream four seater L-shaped sofa with matching armchair, a coffee table and for entertainment there is a TV and DVD player. The dining table and chairs provided is ideal for four but can seat up to six. Patio doors in the living area lead out onto the terrace for relaxed outdoor dining.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven and as well as a four ring hob and microwave. As with the other rooms in the apartment the french doors lead out onto the terrace for easy access for outdoor dining.

The Côte d’Azur lies between the mountains peaks of the Alps and the shimmering turquoise Mediterranean. It has been the playground of Europe since the 19th century when it became a popular holiday destination for the rich and famous. It remains to this day, one of the most sought after destinations in France and is ideal for family and group holidays as well as romantic city breaks.
Agreeably named, Nice is the capital of the Alpes-Maritimes. It is a city that stays alive and active all year round. There is plenty to see and do and something to suit all tastes.
With approximately 300 days of sunshine, it is renowned for its long hot summers and cooling sea breezes which help to maintain a pleasant temperature.
Beautifully situated, between Cannes and Menton, Antibes offers easy access by train or bus allowing you to explore many other interesting towns along this famous coastline. Day trips to Monaco, Italy and some of the surrounding hilltop Provençal villages are all possible. A day trip to the ski slopes of Auron and Isola 2000 during the winter months is also feasible.
Located in a quiet and residential area, the sandy beach is only 500 metres away. The supermarket and shops are just a short walk away too.
Just around the corner is the seaside village of Juan les Pins, home to the famous annual Jazz festival in July which attracts many renowned international artists. Nice and Cannes are within easy reach as the 200 bus running between Nice and Cannes stops just 50 metres from the apartment. If you prefer to catch the train then it’s a little further to the train station, but still within easy reach. Antibes town centre can be reached by bus or train and Nice airport is still only 19km away.

"Modern, comfortable flat in excellent location"
We enjoyed our stay at Olea. We travelled we 2 young boys (6 and 11). The flat had all modern comforts and was close to amenities and public transport. We would definitely go back there. The website nice rivièra described the flat very well.

"we would come again."
The apartment offered everything we needed for a family holiday. It is well equipped for self catering. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is convenient for the beaches and the shops. The bus stop is only a couple of hundred yards away. It was a great two weeks we spent there.
