It is at the rear of a newly built building and therefore is quiet and looks south to the sea. It is on the 6th floor and therefore has partial sea views over the adjacent building.

Juan-les-Pins is a seaside resort with lovely sandy beaches, restaurants and boutiques. It is close to Antibes, being a good walk or short drive over the hill of the narrow part of the peninsula, or a longer and lovely drive around the coastline of the Cap d'Antibes.

Because the apartment is located within all local transport services it is an ideal base from which you can travel to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Grass, St. Paul de Vence, Biot and other historic French villages along the Riviera Coast.
