Bright, spacious, top floor 2 bedroom apartment with terrace (sleeps 4/5) in a lovely Art Deco building located in Antibes town centre (corner Bld Foch & Ave Roustan). Close to all amenities and just a 200m walk to beautiful sandy beaches. The main square (Pl. de Gaulle), the Provencal markets, shops, restaurants and bars are all within a 5 min walk with easy access to bus routes and the railway station. The lively summer resort of Juan-les-Pins is also nearby, just 1.5km from the apartment.

A huge selection of water sports is available (yachting, windsurfing, scuba diving, etc) including an excellent aquatic centre, with kids pool, nearby. Marineland water park is also just 5 min away by car or train. A selection of beautiful golf courses are all within a 30 min drive while winter visitors can access the famous ski resort of Isola 2000, just a 90 min by car or bus.
