ExteriorVilla la Précieuse is an attractive and luxurious neo-Provençal propertyIt´s location on the French Riviera is excellent for a summer holiday being just 1.5km or a 15 minute walk from the shops and the beach. This position allows easy access to Cannes and other main attractions on the coast and Nice airport is just 20 minutes away too. It´s easy to be tempted not to leave the villa at all though! You have everything you could hope for on site including a lovely garden. A huge sunny terrace equipped with sun loungers has the large salt-water pool at its centre and is surrounded by pleasant lawns planted with palms and a pond with koi carp. There´s also a Jacuzzi spa for 6, in use all year round with a canopy and multi-jets Nestled in green and completely private you´re guaranteed some real relaxation. The garden is completed by a large covered terrace of 100sqm with electric blinds for extra shade and dining furniture to seat up to 16. Memories of lovely meals enjoyed together here are most certainly going to come home with you. InteriorInside the villa is simple and elegant equipped with all amenities to make your stay most comfortable and convenient. The smart living room is decorated with an impressive marble fireplace and has comfortable sofas, a home cinema system and DVD player, a grand piano (for use on request) and sliding doors onto the terrace. Also on this level is an excellently equipped kitchen, making self-catering for large groups much easier. There is an oven, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, 3 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and more…There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a single and two double bedrooms with a king and queen size bed respectively, one with en suite bathroom and one with use of a separate bathroom.There are 4 remaining bedrooms, all on the first floor and with air conditioning. One is a grand master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and its own sheltered sun terrace. The 2 other double bedrooms share a bathroom and the last bedroom is a twin with an en suite shower room and kitchenette (an extra single bed can be added in the latter room). The villa is completely secured with an outdoor and indoor alarm connected to TV surveillance. Furthermore, on request cleaning and/or a cook can be arranged.The property features an independent apartment of 75sqm as well, which can accommodate 6 further guests with an extra cost; please contact the owner for exact rates. Ideal for a large group or a couple of families in search of a holiday villa in the South of France.
