This new apartment is ideal for a small family group or couple. It is located in the centre of Antibes within easy walking distance to all amenities, beaches, restaurants bars and the Old Town. It has a balcony with a table and two chairs and although everywhere that you want is within easy walking distance it is situated in a relatively quiet area. The property is also within a ten minute walk to Juan les Pins which is equally popular due to its lively nightlife and excellent beaches. There are many superb golf courses within a short drive from the property. Combine this accommodation with a golfing break which includes transport.

Fly into Nice Airport, the property is less than a 30 minute drive away.

Changeover day is flexible ( including midweek ) Departure by 10.00am and arrival from 4.00pm - however whenever possible we will try to fit in with your plans (by prior arrangement ) Rentals of less than seven days can be arranged Mid to long term lets will be considered at discounted rates Bed linen is included in the price and is supplied on a weekly basis. Towels are available for 10 euros per set ( one hand one bath towel per week. We do require that the apartment is left in the same clean and tidy condition as on arrival A local English couple will meet you on your arrival and departure
