This two bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift) in a modern, well maintained residency. It is beautifully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. It has a modern professionally fitted open plan kitchen,which includes a washing machine, electric oven and hob, extractor hood and stylish accessories.
The lounge is very comfortable, with the latest style sofa and a large leather chair.It has a flat screen TV with English programmes, DVD, and stereo. There is a range of high quality modern furniture in the lounge, including a large dining table and chairs..
In the master bedroom there is a matching range of rich wooden furniture which gives the room a genuine provencal feel, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, furniture and bedside tables The second bedroom also has floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and an ornate bed with matching bed side tables and glass topped bedside tables. Both bedrooms are supplied with excellent quality linen and accessories.
The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, a vanity unit with washbasin
There is a seperate w.c.
The double glazed apartment includes air conditioning and is equipped with English tv and radio and internet/wifi
As this apartment is situated on the interior side of the residency, with no road or traffic directly outside, it is in a particularly quiet position, yet convenient for all amenities.

Rental prices are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay
Payment is accepted in sterling or euros, preferably by bank transfer. - If payment is to be made in euros please contact us for a quote first
A booking is secured on payment of an initial deposit of 25% of the rental price
The balance will become due, six weeks before the start of the holiday
The rental price is inclusive of electricity, water, internet,parking, bed linen and the end of stay clean - however it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure
Towels are not included in the rental price but may be hired as an optional extra (for use in the apartment) at 10 euros for one bath and one hand towel
A refundable security deposit will be required on all bookings
A resident English couple will meet all guests on arrival and departure and are on hand throughout your stay
Conditions
We are usually flexible on arrival and departure days (including midweek)
Arrival times are from 16.00 hours and departure times are by 10.00am - however when possible we will offer some flexibility to these times by prior arrangement
Rentals of less than seven days can be arranged (usually a minimum of five nights)
Mid to long term lets are available at discounted rates ( usually from October to April)

Enjoying over 300 days of sun a year, the French Riviera attracts many visitors who favour the warm temperatures, the Mediterranean sea and all the culture, history and beauty one could ever hope to see.
There are many places well worth a visit such as Cannes, Nice, Menton, St Paul de Vence, Biot, Eze and St Tropez
A pleasant 10 minutes walk from the property is the holiday resort of Juan Les Pins. Well known for beach restaurants, boutiques, bars and sandy beaches it has a lively carnival atmosphere at night with street entertainers , artists and nightclubs. During the month of July it is home to the famous Jazz Festival which attracts top class singers and musicians from all over the world.
The Antibes / Antibes Centre Ville area
Explore the Old Town of Antibes with the many restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros waiting to be discovered in the maze of narrow streets and alleys. There are several museums in the town including one dedicated to Picasso as well as numerous boutiques with artware, crafts and paintings.
There are some excellent golf courses within a short drive from Antibes, with transport and packages available throughout the year.
A short trip from Antibes is Biot, which offers several attractions for younger visitors including Marineland, Aquasplash and an amusement park.
