7 – Confirmation: Upon receipt of the copy of the contract signed by the tenant and the collection of the deposit by the lessor, the latter will return a countersigned copy worth booking confirmation.
8 - Inventory: The inventory is established between the parties at the entry into the premises of the tenant and the release of the premises by the tenant. If it has not been made, the tenant is presumed to have received the leased premises in good tenantable repair and must make them so, unless the contrary is proved (art.1731 of the Civil Code).
9 - Main obligations: The tenant promises not to bring additional people without the approval of the lessor, not to sub rent the unit, to use peaceful places, to insure against theft, fire and water damage.

3 –Rent: At the entrance to the premises, the totality of the rent is required.
4 - Deposit: It is requested via Paypal.com or by transfer or check and amounted to € 300.
It will be returned the day of departure or at the latest within 20 days. It should not be considered by the tenant as a payment for rent. It is used in case of damage committed by the tenant. If the amount of loss exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the damage after the inventory output. The lessor must justify the amount required for the rehabilitation of housing.
5 - Household: the accommodation must be left clean. Cleaning option for € 40. Sheets and towels not provided.
6 - Cancellation: The deposit is considered as a store of guarantee and will not be refundable in case of withdrawal less than a month before the commencement of the lease.
