This new property on the sixth floor ( with lift ) , completed late 2006, is in the popular residence of La Pleiade, ideally located in the town of Antibes. It has been stylish fitted with modern furniture and fittings and has a well equipped open plan kitchen. In the lounge there is a leather sofa which converts into a double bed, a dining table and chairs and a tv with dvd player . The french windows in the lounge give access to the good sized balcony which overlooks the garden. Secure underground parking on site which is suitable for a small to medium size car.
Easy access to the town and all that Antibes and Juan les Pins have to offer but in a quiet and peaceful position.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'Azur ( French Riviera) is well known for its beautiful beaches, the Mediterranean sea and it has over 300 days of sunshine a year. Places to visit are Cannes , Nice, Monte Carlo and Menton to name just a few. All are easy to get to with the reliable and cheap public transport. The train hugs much of the coastline and you will be well rewarded with spectacular scenery on route.
Inland there are many historic villages to discover including St Paul de Vence, Biot, Mougins, Vence and Valbonne. There are many top golf courses in the area which attract golfers throughout the year because of the weather, prices and standard. Transport and bookings can be arranged if required.
Antibes area
Antibes is the perfect holiday destination for those that enjoy history, culture and fine dining. The maze of narrow cobbled streets and squares are filled with restaurants, bars and boutiques selling a wide range of products. It is home to the Picasso museum, art galleries and the provencal market as well as regular markets where local artists and craftsmen sell their wares.
The sister resort, within fifteen minutes walk, is Juan les Pins a complete contrast to Antibes. It is a modern seaside town that comes to life at night with many beach restaurants, clubs and bars that promote a party atmosphere. Both Antibes and Juan les Pins have clean sandy beaches with showers available.
Things to do in Antibes:
• have a guided tour of Antibes/Juan Les Pins on the petit train, hop on, hop off where ever you wish • stroll around the 16th century Fort Carre or take a guided tour, which overlooks Port Vauban • visit Parc Exflora in Antibes Les Pins –12. 5 hectares of mediterranean landscape gardens • wander around Garden Thuret on the edge of the Cap D'Antibes with its many botanical species • have a few quiet moments in the cathedral – Eglise de L'Immaculate Conception • perhaps have cocktails at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap – Eden Roc • hop on, hop off, the local bus to the Phare de La Groupe, where you have stunning views of Antibes, Golf Juan, Baie Des Anges and the mountains. • take a walk to Juan Les Pins with its boutiques, beachfront bars, casino and boat trips to The Iles De Lerins/St. Honourat/St Tropez • visit the Napoleon and Naval museum
