The apartment is situated on the fourth floor ( with lift ) in a quiet residential building located in the town of Antibes. It has been tastefully furnished throughout to an excellent standard and has been fitted with parquet flooring. The large living room which includes a tv which receives english tv channels, dvd and music system has two good sized sofas, one of which converts into a comfortable double bed. There is a well equipped modern kitchen together with a dining table and chairs. All the doors open onto a vast south west facing, private terrace, with outdoor furniture provided to sit and relax or to dine al fresco.
Secure underground car parking is available on site.
All the beaches, restaurants, shops and the Old Town are within an easy walk from the apartment.

With over 300 days of sun throughout the year, the French Riviera is a popular holiday destination for visitors from all over the world. As well as the many famous places to visit along the coast such as Cannes, St Tropez, Nice and Monaco, there are also the beautiful medieval villages a few miles inland that have a charm and appeal of their own. St Paul de Vence ( art galleries and crafts), Biot ( glassware), Grasse ( perfume factories), Eze and Mougins are all worth a visit if time allows. This area of France boasts some of the best golf courses in the country, as well as Europe, with many courses less busy out of the main summer season. Take advantage of the weather and make the most of these wonderful facilities which can be arranged as a complete package.
Antibes area
Antibes is a historic town with many museums, galleries and craft shops. Fort Carre overlooks the largest marina in Europe and there is a labyrinth of winding narrow streets which are waiting for you to discover the many restaurants, pavement cafes, bars, shops, boutiques and markets hidden within. A short fifteen minute walk from the apartment is the modern resort of Juan Les Pins with its casino, shops, bars and beach restaurants. The main beach is considered to be one of the best in the South of France and is extremely popular in the summer. A short bus ride from Antibes at Biot are Marineland, Aquasplash and other attractions that appeal to the younger visitor.
Things to do in Antibes:
• have a guided tour of Antibes/Juan Les Pins on the petit train, hop on, hop off where ever you wish • stroll around the 16th century Fort Carre or take a guided tour, which overlooks Port Vauban • visit Parc Exflora in Antibes Les Pins –12. 5 hectares of mediterranean landscaped gardens • wander around Garden Thuret on the edge of the Cap D'Antibes with its many botanical species • have a few quiet moments in the cathedral – Eglise de L'Immaculate Conception • perhaps have cocktails at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap – Eden Roc • take the local bus to the Phare de La Groupe, where you have stunning views of Antibes, Golf Juan, Baie Des Anges and the mountains. • take a walk to Juan Les Pins with its boutiques, beachfront bars, casino and boat trips to The Iles De Lerins/St. Honourat/St Tropez • visit the Napoleon and Naval museum

Fly into Nice Airport, the property is only a 30 minute drive away.

However whenever possible we will try to fit in with your plans Rentals of less than seven nights can be arranged Medium and long term rentals at negotiated prices may be arranged Linen is included in the price and is supplied on a weekly basis. Towels are available for 10 euros per set per person per week. ( One hand / one bath towel ) The property is to be left in the same clean and tidy condition as on arrival A local English couple will meet you on arrival and departure
