The apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor with a nice sized terrace for outside dining and relaxation in the summer. There is a living room and a small open kitchen that is new. One bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside on the terrace is a love seat and lounge chair with coffee table to have morning breakfast and even lunch and dinner.
The apartment is exposed south facing and is very luminous. Don't worry there is air-conditioning to keep you cool.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region


Provence-Cote d'Azur is blessed with great natural beauty. The snow-capped Alps line the eastern side and the foothills seem to tumble into the glorious blue Mediterranean sea that gives the region its name.
Along the coast, glamorous names like Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St Tropez stand out but in between these famous towns are gorgeous towns and villages such as Villefranche with its picturesque harbour and Menton where you feel you're already in Italy.
Take a 15 minute boat ride from Cannes to the magical Iles de Lerins where the 'Man in the Iron Mask' was supposed to have been incarcerated and you can walk through dense forests of eucalyptus and pine. Charming perched villages such as Eze, St Paul de Vence, and Peillon are accessible and offer lovely views and a labyrinth of charming medieval streets to explore.
An accessible and cheap train service connects you to the whole of the Cote d'Azur coastline from the fascinating port town of Marseille in the west to beyond the Italian border via Monaco in the east. The Train des Merveilles from Nice takes you on a breath-taking journey weaving in and out of the foothills of the Alps following the magical coastline.
Sunshine and warm weather for most of the year ensures a pleasant trip in this region any time of the year.
The Antibes area
Antibes is a cosmopolitan town, bustling all year round. Being located at the heart of the old port, the Café’s, shops, restaurants & bars are all within a short stroll, & in particular the fabulous old Port. Being located at the centre of the Riviera it makes a perfect base for exploring this famous region. For those using a car secure underground parking is provided free.
The coast road to the west will take you to the beautiful Cap D’Antibes Juan Les Pins, Cannes & on to St Maxim /St Tropez. To the east Nice, St. Jean Cat Ferrat and Monte-Carlo. The A8 Autoroute is only 5 Kilometres allowing fast access into Italy & beyond. Our preference is to use the Trains, These are economical, clean, reliable, & take you to the centre of Cannes Nice Juan Les pins in minutes even Monte-Carlo is only 45 minutes away.

The 14 Ave Mirabeu apartment is a perfect home away from home. Antibes is a lovely town and we had easy access everywhere - town, 2 beaches, train station, supermarket - even considering we had a 2yr old in a stroller / on a scooter. The apartment is modern, clean and has been furnised / equipped with expceptional care - crisp white sheets, new white towels, Nespresso machine - we were very impressed by the owner's attention to detail. The agent was lovely and helpful. It took us a while to figure out the shortest routes to beaches / town, but once we got that sorted, it was all easy. We had never stayed in rented apartments before and we were very picky, yet this place met all our expectations. |

Appartment was nicely decorated and well located few blocks away from port and old town. Very comfy. Parking also available. Lisa was very nice and easy to deal with. |
