On entering the property you there is a spacious entrance hallway which leads you to the choice of entrances to the independent kitchen, the main relaxation lounge area or the two bedrooms of this delightful property.
The kitchen is fully equipped, a good size and caters perfectly for your holiday. there is access to the balcony for when eating outside watching the sun go down.
The main lounge and dining area also has access to the balcony. This is a very bright and sunny area and will be a nice place to relax after a busy day at the swimming pool or the local sandy beaches!
There is a sofa bed for 2 and nice furniture provided.
there is one bathroom area with a bath, modern and user friendly with access for guest without having to enter the bedroom areas.
There are two bedrooms, both of similar size, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. each room has a window and inbuilt cupbards

On leaving the apartment, the communal areas are designed to a high quality and modern style.
The gardens are well maintained and the swimming pools are provided for your use. there are many entrances to the residence. the shortest exit will take you to the local shopping area which is a short walk away with bars and restaurants, internet cafes, large supermarket and a beautiful kept park.
The other main exit will take you directly to the sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins where you will find private and public options according to your choice and budget.
Deposit required on booking:
- A 50% deposit is required in order to book the apartment.
- The final balance is required 6 weeks prior to booked dates.
- Foreign checks will be accepted but only for the total amount as they will not be cashed in and returned on
Deposit is non refundable
In case of damage:
The deposit guarantee will be immediately and fully returned after a satisfactory inspection. Failing that, the guarantee deposit will be returned at the latest 30 days after the tenant has left, with a deduction made for damage caused.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region
The region has a temperate climate with hot dry summers and mild winters .
The Cote D'Azur, also known as the French Riviera, is everything that the name suggests - and more! There is certainly glamour - the Cannes film festival , the Monaco Grand Prix, the international Jazz festivals in Nice and Juan Les Pins epitomise the glamorous aspects of the area . There is also however the artistic heritage of the area, including museums to Matisse and Marc Chagall in Nice, a museum dedicated to Picasso in Vallauris and a museum to Renoir in Cagnes-Sur-Mer
The area has a number of centres of artisans . There are a number of potteries in Vallauris, perfumeries in Grasse and glassmakers and ceramic makers in Biot .
Food lovers of course are not forgotten whether it is a gourmet restaurant in Monaco, or buying bread from an artisanal bakery and local cheeses and olives in the Provencal markets of the area including those in Nice and Antibes.
There is a good road system making it easy to visit many places in the area even during a short break . The public transport system in the area is excellent and very reasonably priced . There is a local train service which connects the towns along the Cote D'Azur going as far as Ventimiglia in Italy , Much of the line runs along the coast making it a very pleasant and picturesque journey.
During the Summer months there are many companies running pleasure boat trips along the coast or visiting the offshore islands.
The area of Antibes /Juan Les Pins has some of the best beaches along the Cote D'Azur . The beaches local to the apartment are sandy . There are private beaches with sunbeds and parasols to rent . There are also many public beaches . There are watersports facilities in Juan Les Pins . The apartment is also very close to Golf Juan which is not as well known but which has a beautiful marina with many restaurants.
The nightlife in the area is varied , There are bars and clubs but also many restaurants in the Centres of Antibes and Juan Les Pins.There is a cinema in Antibes .
The film festival in Cannes takes place in May and the MonteCarlo Grand Prix is also held in May. The Jazz festival in Juan -Les-Pins is in July and attracts many international musicians .
There are friendly multilingual staff in the tourist information offices in the centres of Antibes and Juan -Les-Pins . There is also an annexe to the mayor's office in the pedestrianised area where the apartment is situated which can supply information about current events in the area .
