This is a very bright and modern apartment on the 3rd floor on Boulevard Albert 1er in the centre of Antibes. The apartment is air conditioned throughout and is tastefully decorated.

It is in a secure building and is serviced by a lift and stairs. It is suitable for both adults and children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, full size electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen also has a table and 4 chairs.

The living room is very large and comfortable. There is Cable TV, high speed internet and WIFI, and a DVD player. One of the sofas converts into a very comfortable double sofa bed. The living room has a dining table and 4 chairs as well.

The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a chester drawers and built in wardrobes.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, and 2 basins. There is a separate wc.

There is a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.

You will be met at the apartment by an English and French speaking person. There is a welcome pack in the apartment with our contact numbers and lots of local information with details of all the best places to go.

Check out time is 11am and Check in is 3pm. We will be as flexible as possible with these times but if there is a same day turnaround then it will have to be 11am prompt.

25% non-refundable Deposit to reserve the booking.

Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.

One set of Linen and Towels (both Bathroom and Beach) for 4 people will be provided free of charge per week. If additional sets are required during the week then they will be provided at 20 euros per person.

A cash deposit against breakages and damage of Euros 200 is required at the beginning of the rental.

On departure please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it otherwise 50 euros will be deducted for the cleaning of the apartment.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

With over 300 days of sun and blue skies most of the year, the Cote d'Azur is a perfect holiday destination to visit at any time.

Visit some of the well known places including Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo and Juan les Pins. Take the train, which hugs the coast, and take in some of the spectacular views before you reach your destination.

St Tropez another favourite for many can be reached by boat from Cannes or Juan les Pins. Plenty of Golf courses within a 30 minute drive. During the winter the ski resorts of Isloa 2000,Auron and Valberg can be reached in 90 minutes.

Antibes

Antibes is a busy town that is a favourite with holiday makers. There is much beauty to be seen in the old town with its fortifications along the coast, tiny lanes lined with lovely shops selling all sorts of curios, side-walk cafes and restaurants. There are 3 museums in the town including the Picasso Museum.

The morning covered market on cours Masséna overflows with Provençal goodies,cheeses,meat, fruit and vegetables. It is open daily between June and August andall days except Monday for the rest of the Summer). On Friday and Sunday a craft market takes over in the afternoon. When the stalls are all packed up, café tables take their place.

Cap d'Antibes is a 30 minute walk and is one of the select places on the Côte d'Azur where the rich and famous have their holiday villas. It has a beautiful Church and Lighthouse with spectacular views. The southern end of the Cap stillis where the most exclusive mansions hide along with a marvellous coastal walk path.

It has managed to maintain its historic character and local personality while accommodating tourists in search of fun after the sun goes down. Antibes is a bit quieter than Juan les Pins, but it still has a decent number of pubs and wine bars plus a huge variety of restaurants. Juan les Pins has a few nightclubs for the younger at heart.

"Perfect location for beach and town"

We stayed here for just under a week; it was just perfect. We love Antibes and have stayed in other properties over the years but this one ticked the boxes for us. Clean, spacious & a great location for both beach and town. Gareth was so helpful; he cooker needed fixed on our arrival date & he was very generous to leave 'lunch money' (and local restaurant recommendations) so that the engineer could fix cooker, this was really appreciated after our early rise and flight. The welcome pack was a delightful touch and we received a nice warm welcome. We would certainly book again and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

"Ideal location"

The flat is very spacious and comfortable with excellent air-con. Gareth was very welcoming and basic foods - milk, eggs etc were very welcome and appreciated.
The flat is 5 minutes from the beach, 10 mins to bus station and 15 mins to rail station. A small bus passes the door. There's a supermarket a few minutes away. Access is excellent with a lift and the flat was perfect for us - an older couple who like comfort and accessibility!
We felt most welcome and certainly hope to return

"Excellent location"

The apartment is centrally located and within minutes of the beach,old town, bus station and shops -including a well stocked supermarket.
The accommodation is spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped.
There are two small balconies. As a couple we were able to sit out on one of these for drinks and meals.
Gareth was vey accessible although we had no issues that required his attention during our stay.
If you come in a car parking could be a problem so i suggest you contact the owner as I understand he can arrange garaging
