This Apartment is very centrally located only 2 mins walk to the beaches and town centre.
It is a large 4th floor apartment with lift access.

The apartment comprises of a large lounge/dining room with leather seats and a large dining table. English TV and WI Fi internet. There is also a DVD and video recorder.
Separate fully equipted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
2 large bedrooms with double beds.
Separate bathroom and wc accessible from both bedrooms!

Ideal for couples or small famililies.

The apt is situated in a quiet residential block- No same sex parties allowed.

This is a light and airy apartment very centrally located. only 2 mins from the beautiful sandy beaches. With French windows and a lovey open aspect.

There are shutters and railings on windows but we would ask parents of young children to consider its situation on 4th floor before booking.

Right in the centre of the town with easy access to public transport. There is public and on street parking very close to the apartment.There is a car park charge from1st June-30th September of 60 cents per hr.

There are lots of near by activities for families and couples alike, including Marineland, Antibes Land and the close by towns of Cannes, Monaco and Nice which are easily accessible by train.

Juan les- pins is 13 kilometres from Nice International airport. The airport is serviced by all major airlines including British airways. Several budget airlines use Nice airport including Easyjet, Jet2 and Ryanair.
Our property is a 5 minutes walk from Juan-les -Pins railway station.

The A8 motorway running all along the south coast of France is 15 mins away from Juan-les-Pins.
Most car rental companies have desks at Nice airport. There is an express bus service from the airport which stops very near to this apt, Once there, a car is not necessary as local transport is within easy access.
