This well presented apartment is conveniently located within a couple of minutes walk to the sandy beaches and the Old Town of Antibes.
It has recently (Nov 2010) undergone a complete refurbishment which is complemented by the modern and stylish furniture and accessories throughout the apartment.
The property which has mainly laminated flooring includes two double bedrooms and a spacious lounge with a wall mounted flat screen TV which receives English tv and radio channels. An L-shape sofa that comfortably seats six adults. A good size dining table with four chairs is positioned in the dining area. The well equipped open plan kitchen includes a cooker, hob, grill, cooker hood, microwave and a large fridge/freezer.
The two bedrooms (which are at opposite ends of the apartment) are provided with one large double bed, one double bed, bedside tables, shelving and lighting. Floor to ceiling wardrobes are fitted in the master bedroom together with a set of extra drawers. The second bedroom includes a set of drawers and a hanging rail. A further wardrobe is available in the hall.
There is a full size bath with a top quality overhead dual shower and a vanity unit with a wash basin and an integrated washing machine in the bathroom.
The W.C. with a wash basin and vanity unit are housed in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.
There are two separate terraces - one accessed from the lounge and the master bedroom, the other accessed from the dining area and second bedroom. These run virtually the length of the apartment, one of which is south facing and overlooks a small quiet garden area. A table and chairs are provided on the balcony/ terrace.
For additional comfort, an effective air conditioning unit is installed in the lounge. The apartment also benefits from good quality and effective double glazed units.

A designated underground parking place (to be booked in advance) is available at the residency but is only suitable for a small size car. However there is on street parking and a large public car park a few minutes walk away.
Rental prices are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay.
Payment is also accepted in Euros - please request a quote.
Payment is preferred by bank transfer, although we will consider alternative options if required.
An initial deposit of 25% is required to reserve the apartment.
The balance of the rental price becomes due six weeks before the start of the holiday.
The rental price includes electricity, water, internet, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.
Towels (for use in the apartment) are not included in the rental price but may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros for one bath and one hand towel.
A refundable security deposit is required on all bookings.
A resident English couple will meet all guests on arrival and departure and are on hand throughout your stay.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region
With plenty of sun and blue skies most of the year, the Cote d'Azur is a perfect holiday destination to visit at any time. The local transport is cheap and reliable to allow you to venture along the coast visiting some of the well known places including Nice, Menton, Monte Carlo and Cannes. Take the train, which hugs the coast, and take in some of the spectacular views before you reach your destination. St Tropez another favourite for many can be reached by boat from Cannes or Juan les Pins.
Golfers are attracted to this area because of the well designed courses within a 30 minutes drive and the fees which are very favourable. Transport and course bookings can be arranged to complement your holiday.
Festivals are held throughout the region most times of the year and are always worth visiting.
Antibes, and all that it has to offer, is an all year round destination set in the heart of the French Riviera. With a multitude of restaurants, bars, museums, arts and crafts there is so much choice. The Old Town which dates back over 2500 years has much history to discover whilst in present times it is a typical French town with a strong influence from Provence. Markets and fayres are held several times a week selling products and crafts from local artisans.
A short bus ride from Antibes are Marineland, Aquasplash and other attractions for children.
Juan les Pins is a short ten minutes walk from the property and it is well worth a visit for the beaches, casino, bars and beach restaurants. At night the town is lively and attracts visitors from all over the Riviera with its party atmosphere and clubs. Also home for many years to the International Jazz Festival.
Things to do in Antibes:
• have a guided tour of Antibes/Juan Les Pins on the petit train, hop on, hop off where ever you wish
• stroll around the 16th century Fort Carre or take a guided tour, which overlooks Port Vauban
• visit Parc Exflora in Antibes Les Pins –12. 5 hectares of mediterranean landscaped gardens
• wander around Garden Thuret on the edge of the Cap D'Antibes with its many botanical species
• have a few quiet moments in the cathedral – Eglise de L'Immaculate Conception
• perhaps have cocktails at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap – Eden Roc
• take the local bus to the Phare de La Groupe, where you have stunning views of Antibes, Golf Juan, Baie Des Anges and the mountains.
• take a walk to Juan Les Pins with its boutiques, beachfront bars, casino and boat trips to The Iles De Lerins/St. Honourat/St Tropez
• visit the Napoleon and Naval museum

We try to keep our rental prices as competitive as possible - which is why we like to give guests the option of bringing their own towels, but we do also offer towel hire at a very reasonable rate. Unlike many other holiday rental managers here in Antibes there are no extra charges for bed linen, end of stay clean or late check ins. And we were happy to accommodate your late arrival even though it was after midnight. We see this as an important part of our service. Yes, we appreciate that the toilets here may seem a bit small compared to the US, but hope that we can still tempt you back again sometime soon!

"Bienvenue au Ciel sur Terre - Antibes, mon coeur xo"
We had a great trip. Used to live in this town for 13 years and Lucy and Phil really did a wonderful job of making us feel at home again. The location is excellent; minor traffic noise. Lovely apartment; clean and well kept. It was a pleasure... The place was a little smaller than imagined in the photos, but it was cozy enough for 2 and would be wonderful for 2 couples traveling together or a small family with one child. Regardless, of what your needs, the appartment is flexible enough to accomodate a fantastic and memorable vacation. Sweet dreams if you happen to visit this little gem.
