Situated at the beginning of Cap d'Antibes, close to the sandy beaches and within walking distance of the old town of Antibes with its daily Provencal market, Picasso Museum and Archeological Museum.
On the Cap d'Antibes there are coastal walks, or climb to the lighthouse and chapel of La Garoupe with panoramic views to Nice and Cannes and beyond, or just enjoy the beaches and restaurants on the many secluded bays.
Nearby Juan Les Pins known for its Jazz festival in July, Casino and nightlife. Take a boat ride to the Lerin Islands or to Saint Tropez.

The building was completely refurbished in 2009 and all the apartment furnishings were new in 2010.
The living room has comfortable seating for four people ; an LCD TV with DVD and Blueray player ; a hifi with iPod dock ; wifi internet access.
The bedroom has a king size double bed and plenty of storage space.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but is okay on the terrace.

The apartment has a large terrace which is shaded all day, perfect for outdoor dining at the table with seating for six.
The private garden has sunshine all day. There is also a communal garden.
Conditions
A deposit of is 25% payable on reservation, the balance must be paid eight weeks before arrival ; payments by bank transfer.
A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros to be paid on reservation and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
Refund policy : more than 6 weeks ahead - full refund. 4 to 6 weeks ahead - 50% refund. Less than 4 weeks - 10% refund.

Explore the old town of Antibes or venture into the hinterland to discover Grasse, Biot, Vallauris ... for perfume, glass, pottery. The Cote d'Azur with its magical light has always attracted artists - visit the museums of Picasso, Matisse and Chagall.
Visit neighbouring Cannes for the the film festival, Monaco for the Grand Prix, Nice, Ventimiglia just across the Italian border, all are all a short drive or train ride away.
The Antibes / Cap D'Antibes area
Watersports - on the nearby beach La Salis there is a sailing club with catemarans and windsurfers for rent by the hour. Waterskiing is also available. There are several diving centres in the bays around the Cap. It is possible to rent motorboats in the local marinas, you will need a licence for the larger boats. Marineland water theme park is a great day out.
Golf - there are six golf courses within 20km of the apartment, the nearest being at Biot just 10km away.
Walking - there are many small paths and roads on the Cap, gardens to visit, and the famous coastal walk, the chemin des contrebandiers.
Cycling - bring your bikes or rent a bike or scooter nearby, the best way to explore Antibes and the Cap.

"It was a pleasure to stay in your flat. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. The garden with the deck is a delight and the location so close to the beach made it just a perfect place for us.
We were so comfortable in the flat that we did not even want to leave it to go to town. The kitchen all clean and comfortable and fully equipped.
We had no issue getting to the boulangerie or to the market or to the town. The area is very quiet and we were glad to be away from the very centre of Antibes. We did not end up renting a car and did a couple of trips to the museum and the town.
My little son enjoyed running barefoot in the garden and watering the lawn and flowers.
