This spacious (70 sq metres) and bright apartment ( built in the Spring of 2010 ) on the 3rd floor ( with lift) of a compact French residency is tastefully furnished and fitted to a very high standard, with contemporary and stylish furniture , fittings and accessories throughout.
There is a large sunny balcony (facing west) with outside lighting, chairs, sun loungers and a good size table and chairs.
The two bedrooms are well appointed and are situated in a particularly quiet location on the interior side of the building.Each bedroom has two single beds which can be made up as doubles or as singles, to suit your individual needs, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and sets of drawers.
The well equipped kitchen, which includes oven, hob, extractor fan and dishwasher, is separate from the large living room and positioned adjacent to the dining area which includes a large dining table and chairs which sit six guests comfortably.
The lounge includes two stylish sofas, contemporary furniture, a flat screen tv and a dvd player.
A luxury fully tiled bathroom, with double sink, vanity unit, full size bath and overhead shower and heated towel rail is situated at the end of the hall, with a separate toilet with wash basin in the adjacent room.
The washing machine is located in one of the many cupboards in the hallway.
A baby cot and high chair will be provided on request
A spacious designated underground parking place at the residency is included in the price but must be reserved in advance.

Rental prices are quoted in euros for a seven night stay. If payment is preferred in sterling, please request a quote.
Payment is preferred by bank transfer. However, if this is not convenient, we will consider alternatives methods.
An initial deposit of 30% is required to reserve the apartment
The balance of the rental will be due, eight weeks before the holiday start date
All bookings made within eight weeks of the holiday start date will need to be paid in full in advance
The rental price is inclusive of electricity, water, internet, parking,bed linen and the end of stay clean - however it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonable clean and tidy condition on departure
Towels ( for use in the apartment ) may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros for one bath and one hand towel
A refundable security deposit will be required on all bookings

The French Riviera ( Cote d' azur ) has been a popular destination with all nationalities for many years. As well as the sunny Mediterranean climate, the culture and cuisine , the perched medieval villages , the glitz and glamour of Cannes and Monte Carlo , the beaches and nightlife of Juan les Pins and the historic Old Town of Antibes there are many other reasons why visitors return year on year.
Juan les Pins famous for the popular Jazz festival, safe sandy public beaches , Parc Exflora, restaurants, cafes, bars , boutiques and designer shops.
Boat trips are available from Juan les Pins to St Tropez, Monaco and the Corniche d'Or
Antibes (its sister resort) with the Old Town, Port Vauban, Picasso Museum and restaurants is within a fifteen minute walk away or a short bus ride.
There are easy transport links (train and bus) to Cannes, Nice, Monaco/Monte Carlo and Vengtimille in Italy.

"Would recommend this lovely apartment"
We stayed here for a week and found it excellent. It was clean, comfy and conveniently situated for the centre of Juan Les Pins, the beach and in particular the train station. It was also very handy for all the shops. It was quiet and great for watching the trains go by from the balcony. The unique decor made it feel more like a home than a holiday let. I would definitely go back.

"a great apartment"
Very clean and comfortable flat. Great location within easy walking distance of the train station. Close to supermarkets and wonderful bakery and fruit shops. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the blue sky.

"Stylish, yet homely apartment close to amenities"
Stylish, yet homely apartment close to bakeries, supermarkets and the railway station etc. The 3rd floor apartment is in a quiet residential area apart from the regular trains, whose noise is effectively blocked when the windows are shut.
The WiFi connection was excellent.
We enjoyed our stay at Les Albizias as it provided a good base for exploring the French Riviera and it was always pleasant to return to after a busy day out!
