This is a spacious apartment with high ceilings located on the sea front in the elegant historic town of Antibes on the Côte d'Azur. You can enjoy the charming art deco design of this apartment while availing of all the amenities of modern day living.
Located on the 2nd floor, accessed by lift and stairs, this apartment is ideal for one or two couples or indeed a family of 4 / 5.
A large bedroom sleeps three, with a double and single bed. There is also a second double bed in the living room, which is conveniently hidden away in the display unit when not in use. There is a large bathroom with a bath / shower and a washing machine where you can do your own laundry on site.
The spacious living room opens onto a small balcony which has a side view of the med where you can enjoy a pre dinner drink while soaking up the atmosphere, views and evening sunshine!
The apartment has a separate spacious kitchen with all mod cons for self catering, including grill/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish washer. There is also a sitting area for 4 / 5 people.
This is an apartment where you can have a wonderful holiday with a location that is second to none, right on the edge of the old town (vieux ville). The apartment building is situated on the sea front, a few minutes walk from Boulevard Albert Premier and Place General de Gaulle, where the number 200 bus route runs every 20 minutes between Nice and Cannes for €1! The train station is within a 15 minute walk with a fantastic train service up the coast to Eze, Nice, Menton, Monaco and on to Italy and down the coast to Cannes, St. Tropez, Frejus, Marseille and on to Spain. There is also a great bus service from the bus station located in the centre of Antibes.
Plage Ponteil (beach) is right across the road and there are nice view of the Med from the Apartment. This is a great location and you also have Plage Salis (beach) 5 minutes walk, spoilt for choice. It is hard not to be enchanted by this magical old town, the French Alps and all the wonderful yachts and sail boats in the impressive Port Vauban.
A car is not essential but if you do decide to drive then you can head inland and visit some of the quaint old villages like St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Mougins, Grasse, Valbonne or Haute Cagnes, not to mention some top class golf courses. There is no private parking but street parking is available in the area.

Antibes-Juan les Pins is one of the most well known resorts on the Cote D'Azur located between Nice (20km)and Cannes (12km). Antibes manages to be a historic town and eventful town and also an innovating town easily mixing these multiple facets. Juan les Pins is a modern lively and vibrant town with lots of bars and restaurants and wonderful boutiques where you can indulge in some late night shopping.
The beauty remains in the old town of Antibes (Vieux Ville) with the Ramparts along the sea and the long arched protective wall behind which there are plenty of little charming streets for exploring, filled with restaurants, street cafes galleries, museums and lots of quaint little shops and gift shops.
Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious super yachts of the world.
Roman Abromavich's Ecstasea is often moored here!
This one bedroom apartment is in a perfect location and is within a 5 minute walking distance of Salis and Ponteil Beaches. The view from Salis Beach is magical taking in the view of Oldtown , The French Alps and all the wonderful yachts and Sail Boats.
It is convenient to Place du Gaulle where the 200 Bus Route runs every 20 mins between Nice and Cannes for €1! The train station is within a 15 minutes walk.
A car is not essential but if you decide to drive then you can head inland and see some of the wonderful quaint old villages like St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Grasse, Vallbonne, Haute Cagnes. Marineland the famous Water Park and Fun Fair is close by and also La Garoupe Chapel and the Lighthouse where you can enjoy views from St Tropez to Monaco!

"Lovely apartment, great location"
Just come back from a marvellous trip to Antibes and the South of France. Even though it was late in the year the region was benefiting from a mini heat wave and the weather was just right for us – mid 20's with a slight breeze. Which meant plenty of beach time and relaxing outdoors generally. The apartment itself was just as described, light and airy and right by the beach. A good supermache was only 7 mins down the road and the old town with fabulous food market a scenic 15/20 mins stroll. The town of Antibes itself is fairly low key with not much going on in to the night, at least at that time of year, but in the day time it springs to life with the hussle and bussle of the market which is definitely the hub. We enjoyed many trips there to stock up on cheeses, olives, bread
and wine to snack on the beach, or back on the balcony to relax watching the sun set over the sea
Only down point for us is that it was a bit too quiet in the evenings (probably due to time of year) with many decent places to go in the evening. Even in the younger/busier Juan Les Pins the choices were limited. At least it didn't really cater for people in their late 20's/early 30's; those younger would probably enjoy Juan Les Pins better
