This one Bedroom apartment is spacious and is suitable for sleeping up to 4 persons . There is a modern Kitchen where you can easily prepare meals should you decide to eat in on any night. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is in an enclosed private garden and is very suitable for those with young kids . There are sofa Beds available for the extra guests.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and is in a secure private domain. There is Car Parking available also should you decide to hire a car. The apartment is also close to all shops and bakeries where you can buy your fresh produce daily and enjoy the buzz with the locals as they go about their daily lives in the local area of La Fontonne.
There is a stony beach ( normal on Cote D'Azur!) within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment where you can enjoy spectacular views of Nice nestled under the magnificient French Alps and the wonderful boats sailing by . There are also several sandy Beaches in Antibes and within 15/20 minutes walk of the apartment. La Garoupe Beach on Cap D'Antibes and La Sallis Beach can be accessed by car where there is ample parking available.
The train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the 200 Bus Route running from Nice to Cannes every 20 minutes for only €1 is less than 5 minute walk .

The communal pool is gated and secure for young kids and is locked at night. The complex has 20 apartments and not all are holiday makers so the pool is never overcrowded even in peak times.

The Antibes / East Antibes area

The beauty remains in the old town (Vieux Ville) with the Ramparts along the sea and the long arched protective wall behind which there are plenty of little charming streets for exploring, filled with restaurants, street cafes galleries, museums and lots of quaint little shops and gift shops. Antibes comes alive in the Summer Months with all the restaurants opening out on to their terrasse allowing dining al fresco where you can enjoy the street entertainers and watch the world go by. Browse around the various stalls on display with all their hand made wares and you can be sure to pick up some wonderful gifts and souvenirs to bring home.
Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious super yachts of the world.

The apartment is in a perfect location and is close to the 200 Bus Route which runs every 20 mins between Nice and Cannes for €1! The train station is within 10 minutes walk and there is a shuttle bus No. 16 which runs every 20 minutes from nearby la Fontonne to Antibes Centre. You can take a leisurely stroll into Antibes either along the Sea Front or the main road and this takes about 20 mins.
A car is not essential but if you decide to drive then you can head inland and see some of the wonderful quaint old villages like St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Grasse, Vallbonne, Haute Cagnes. Marineland the famous Water Park and Fun Fair is also close by.

Within easy access of Nice Airport (15km) where many airlines fly into: Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Easyjet, British Airways, BMI Baby...
The 250 Airport Express Bus leaves from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 every 35 minutes and costs €8 for the journey. The journey to the apartment should take around 45 minutes and the bus stop is approx 10/15 minute walking distance of the apartment. The bus stops close to the train station where you can cross over the main road and then take the Navette Bus No. 16 to the apartment. This Navette costs €1 and runs every 20 minutes or so.
There are many Car Hire companies based at Nice Airport should you decide to hire a car and all companies speak English.
There is also a train station in Antibes and is within walking distance of the apartment.

We spend 12 days in the apartment with our 2-years old son in March 2012. Everything was as advertised and we had a real great time. We could recommend this location to everyone.

Wonderfully clean light and spacious and well equipped, more than enough room for 2 for a week, could easily sleep 4 without feeling on top of each other. Gets the morning and evening sun on terrace and small garden that runs around the outside of property. Had the pool all to ourselves all week which was fantastic and probably isnt a rarity as is only shared by 12 apartments. Lovely little Boulangerie just down the road towards La Fontonne (if coming from Nice aorport take the 200 bus from the airport as it only costs €1 per person and stops in La Fontonne, a 5 min walk) and the usual array of little shops, bars, pharmacies etc. Heading the other way into town takes a little longer but is a nice stroll and offers you a nice view of the harbour and all the super yachts. Vieil Antibes itself has lots to offer, a nice small sandy beach and lots of little restaurants on pretty little side streets. Apartment is well situated to take a day trip into Italy (went to Sanremo, took 1hr and a half, stopped off in Monaco on return, excellent relaxed day trip)
Loved the weather although the bed could have been a little longer (i'm 5"11). The agent was also incredibly pleasant and went out of his way to be flexible towards us.

Once a booking is agreed we will send you a booking form to complete and sign and return to us together with the booking deposit within 10 days of original booking date. Once we receive the signed booking form and deposit the booking will then be validated .
30% deposit required to secure booking.
Full Payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by euro cheque or through Pay Pal or Bank Transfer.
All Pay Pal Charges and Bank Transfer Charges must be paid by client.
Breakage/Loss of Keys deposit of €200 to be paid to apartment manager on arrival which will be refunded at time of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
Linens and Towels and End of stay clean are included in Rental Rates based on a 2 person stay.
An Extra €30 charge for extra towels and linen for use of sofa bed..
In the Event of Cancellation:
1. Cancellation after deposit and prior to full balance being paid will result in 100% of deposit being retained for administration costs.
2. Cancelllation after full rental paid ( e.g. within 8 weeks of stay) will result in 50% of rental cost being retained to cover administration and loss of custom.
3. Cancellation within one week of stay will result in 75% of rental cost being retained to compensate for loss of custom.
No refund if cancellation occurs 1-2 weeks before arrival due to administration costs.Book
