Located in the centre of Juan les Pins only 70 metres from the sea and the sandy beach. All amenities are within walking distance. The studio apartment has a little sea view and isoverlooking a pool and garden. Strictly designed for two persons, there is modern Air conditioning, elegant furniture and a well equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking. Flat screen TV with multi lingual channels. Antibes Juan-les-Pins has one of the longest coastlines in France. There are many beaches along the 25 kilometres coastline, and five ports, one of which is the largest yachting harbour in Europe and second in the world, that of Port Vauban. Here all the pleasures of the sea are available for all tastes: water-skiing or paragliding, diving, sailing ... Antibes Juan-les-Pins has also developed other sporting facilities: basketball, squash, walking, tennis ... Little wonder that Antibes Juan-les-Pins is considered the most sport-oriented town in France. Juan les Pins is appreciated for the sandy beaches, night life and numerous shops and boutiques.

Antibes-Juan les Pins was a Greek fortified town named Antipolis in the 5th century BC, and later a Roman town, and always an active port for trading along the Mediterranean. Today it's an attractive and active town, popular with "foreigners" from Paris and the north of France, with non-French, and with the local population.

Antibes-Juan les Pins is one of the very sought-after seaside resorts of the Côte d'Azur, situated between Nice and Cannes. Antibes is the proper name of this ancient town, but it's commonly referred to as Antibes - Juan-les-Pins. The Juan-les-Pins part is a seaside resort and night-life area of sandy beaches, boutiques, night clubs and casino. The two places are close together, a good walk or short drive over the hill of the narrow part of the peninsula, or a longer and lovely drive around the coastline of the Cap d'Antibes. We saw this property on the Owner's Direct website. The property manager Yvette was a pleasure to deal with from the booking to when we finished our holiday. She emailed us perfect directions to the apartment from Nice airport to the apartment by bus. Much cheaper than by taxi!! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Sylvia who showed us around and pointed us to all we needed to know. Throughout the week Sylvia was very helpful with anything we had a question about. The property is spotless throughout and very comfortable to stay in. It is very well located for the beach, shops, supermarkets, nightlife and trains to Cannes and Monte Carlo. It is very quiet at night time. I would highly recommend these apartments and we will be definitely be back. |

Very nice place to stay.Yvette made us feel very welcome and it was very clean.the beach is only a few steps away and the surrounding area has many restaraunts,a lovely bakery and lots of bars. |
