About the home
The house is very peaceful and has just been fully renovated (end of 2009) and decorated in a Provençal style. It has a big Provençal kitchen which opens directly on the terrace. It has a living room which has a dining area and a lounge which has a big sofa bed suitable for 2 persons. There is a double bedroom and a shower room with toilets.
The house is located 100m from the biggest harbour in Europe and only 150m from the beach La Gravette. The house is right in the centre of the well known Provençal market, restaurants and shops of the old town. The medieval walls and the Picasso museum are also very close by.

25% deposit is required to secure reservation and need to be transferred to our bank account within 5 working days after accepting the option.
* Remaining 75% can be paid upon arrival together with refundable 250 euros security deposit.
* If you decide not to clean before leaving an extra cost of 45 euros will be charged.
* Changeover day is Saturday. Minimum stay in summer months is one week (from Saturday to Saturday).
* Check in 14:00 – Check out 10:00.
