This charming one-bedroom apartment is ideally located on a cobbled pedestrianised street (‘Rue de la Republique’) in the heart of the old town of Antibes. All of the amenities of the old town are located on your doorstep including the popular Provencal market, a good supermarket, a boulangerie and patisserie, beautiful artisan shops, as well as a broad selection of excellent restaurants and lively cafes with sunny outdoor terraces. The port of Antibes and several public sandy beaches are a short walk away (c. ten minutes). Local attractions include Cap d'Antibes, trendy Juan les Pins and the chic resorts of Cannes and Nice.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is bright and airy throughout. French windows lead from both the bedroom and living room onto two small balconies. The accommodation comprises a living room (with flat-screen television and dvd player), a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, washing machine and dishwasher), a bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom. The apartment benefits from a modern air conditioning / heating system and double-glazing.

Provence is one the most popular holiday destinations in the world with over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year. Situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes is an ideal base to explore the French Riviera, including Cannes, Nice and Monaco, as well as the stunning perched villages of St. Paul de Vence, Grasse, Valiauris and Eze.
All destinations are well-served by public transport which means that there is no need to rent a car and this allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The train station which is a ten-minute walk from the apartment offers regular services to all of the towns along the coast. Both Cannes and Nice can be easily reached by train in 15 minutes. The inland towns are served by a regular bus service. The bus station is a two-minute walk from the apartment. The winter ski resort of Isola 2000 is c. 2-3 hours drive away.
Behind the ramparts, the centuries old 'Vieille Ville' has all the charm of a French Provençal village and attracts visitors throughout the year. Strolling through the towns narrow cobbled streets with its cafés and craft shops is a pleasure. The bustling Marche Provençal has a daily food market specialising in local produce. There is a vast choice of high quality restaurants which offer very good value and cater for all tastes. The Picasso Museum in the Grimaldi Castle displays the works which the artist created in Antibes in 1946. The Raymond Peynet Museum, the cartoonist famous for his 'Lovers' series, together with a Café Théatre, are found in Place Nationale.
Antibes is also a chic seaside resort. Its famous port, Port Vauban, is the largest marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts on the French Riviera. The medieval Fort Carre, fortified by Vauban, Louis XIV's military architect, overlooks the port. Three sandy beaches are located within ten minutes walk of the apartment. Cap d’Antibes, approximately 15 minutes walk from the Old Town, is one of the most sought after addresses on the French Riviera and offers stunning walks along the coast. There are also a number of private beach clubs where you can rent a sun-lounger for a small fee. The trendy resort of Juan les Pins with its bustling nightlife is a short bus-ride away.

"Private, clean and well equipped apartment in superb location"
We had a great time in Antibes and this apartment was ideal for exploring the town and connecting with the train and bus services for travelling the French Riviera. No need to rent a car. At night A… More

"Nice little apartment in nice little town."
Good location in pedestrian area, very close to boulangeries, shops, cafes etc. The beaches and stations by walking distance as well. Apartment convenient, air cooling, refrigerator, washing machines worked well. TV wasn't working, slight inconvenience during TdF. WiFi would have been nice, too. Otherwise, we rented bicycles from Cafe du Cycliste in Nizza and rode a little bit around, Gordon, Col du Vence, Grasse and so, great roads to ride there, although close to Antibes-Nizza the traffic was little bit too heavy for our taste.

"Un petit bijou"
My husband and I stayed in this lovely little apartment. It has a very French feel to it. I put this down to the fact that you are in the very midst of a beautiful little rue ; every morning the smell of the boulangerie underneath as this sleepy street wakes up. Despite the fact that you are on the doorstep of this lovely old town it is extremely quiet after 10pm so that if you have exhausted yourself with a walk along the breathtaking seafront or perhaps have enjoyed a meal and a glass of wine at one of the many superb restaurants you will be able to return to your apartment and relax. There is plenty in antibes to visit but should you wish to venture a little further there are many beautiful places within easy reach.
The owners are extremely helpful. We will definitely book again.
