The apartment has been recently decorated and is on the top floor with a lift and is in excellent condition. The terrace is 70m² and has a jacuzzi overlooking the residence swimming pool and has magnificent views of the port and the mountains and is an excellent place to sunbathe in the hot Cote D'Azur sunshine.

The residence has a 24 hour reception speaking most languages, an entrance area with coffee and snack machines, 3 swimming pools including a delightful waterfall and a pool side cafe. Within 500 meters are restaurants from most countries and bars where you can enjoy your "appero" in calm and friendly surroundings. The beach is 500 meters away as is the historic old town of Antibes with it's bustling Provençal market and quaint little side streets where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and a host of other interesting things including the Picasso museum.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region


The apartment is situated directly in the centre of the Cote D'Azur in the world famous town of Antibes with it's old town and port. It is between Nice and Cannes and offers the perfect holiday location. Steeped in history, a selection of superb beaches, restaurants and so many things to do. While you do not need a car, if you hire one the towns of Cannes, Frejus, St Tropez and Monaco are within easy driving distance.
The Antibes / Antibes Centre Ville area
Every year within easy reach of Antibes is the Film Festival at Cannes, the Jazz festival at Juan les Pins and the Carnival in Nice. Recommended also is a visit to the Rothchild Villa on Cap Jean St Ferrat, the perfume factories at Grasse and the Grand Prix at Monaco plus many many more. Antibes itself is home to the Picasso museum, has a daily food market and the biggest pleasure port in Europe as well as many other attractions to make it a perfect holiday location..

Great location next to Port Vabaun ,the apartment was room 406 and had a terrace ,penthouse feel being the only apartment on the top floor overlooking the Port and a Hot tub.The terrace had a huge 8 seater table and chairs,2 sun loungers and had sun from sunrise untill 7pm.Appartment was clean and had great facilities.Great value at 560 Euros for a week (29th March) and cheap flights from Easyjet if booked well in advance.Within walking distance 400m to Old Antibes and Centre De Ville 100M from Blue Lady , Sports Bar and British Food Shop across from La Famiglia Pizza Restaurant. |
