Situated in a small exclusive block of 12 apartments in the marine quarter of this old town.This newly built 2nd floor apartment has video entry ,and a lift that takes you direct to your entrance door, The apartment is well decorated and has a sunny south facing balcony. The living room is open plan. At one end double width glazed doors lead onto the balcony which being south facing is sunny from early morning till late afternoon, an absolute delight for dining alfresco and watching the world go by. At the other end is an open plan kitchen fitted with a 2 ring hob washing machine a good size fridge and a combination microwave / oven, everything you need to cook up a delicious meal with all the freash goodies to be found in the local daily provencal market. The dining table and 4 chairs sit comfortable alongside. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa and seperate chair. The television has both french and UK channels via Sky saterlite for those cosy winter evenings. There is full internet access via WIFI broadband, you will require your own laptop or i pad.

The position of this apartment allows for you to walk everywhere in this old town in just a few minutes, even the rail, and bus station are close to hand. You definitely do not need a car.

Every effort has been made by the owners to create a clean cosy apartment, good quality furniture, fabrics and fittings, including the king size bed and bedding have been used. Many original paintings adorn the walls and add great and rare atmosphere to this home from home apartment. The paintings are by the owner Wendy Elsey, and many clients have purchased examples for their own homes, the price is shown on the rear, just ask Richard and Gail if you are interested in purchasing one.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival Refunds will not be available after this date. Access to the apartment is 4pm on the day of arrival. on the day of departure you are requested to vacate by 10am/10.30am

"Excellent apartment in this historic rivieria town"

Located within easy access to all amenities and close to Port Vauban Marina and local beach. It is on the edge of the Old Town with its sunny squares shops and bars\restaurents.
The rail sation is a short walk and provides easy access to Monaco, Nice Cannes and Menton.
A great centre.
The flat is modern and well equipped. The owners kindly met us at the Airport Bus stop and walked to the apartment with us.

"Lovely clean apartment"

Excellent central location within easy walking distance of the Old Town, marina, beaches and town centre amenities. Great bars and restaurants close by. A perfect base for exploring Antibes and the surrounding area.
The apartment is light and airy, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Well-equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and a large, comfortable bed.
The lovely sunny balcony is a great spot for lunch and watching the world go by.
We come to Antibes every year and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The apartment always lives up to our expectations. Highly recommended!
