A delightful 4th floor studio (with lift access) perfectly situated only a few steps away from the seafront, close to two beautiful sandy beaches as well as many cafes and restaurants and still only a short walk to the Old Town and the Provençal market. Located in a quiet residential block with a full length balcony, reached through patio doors, it attracts the sun from mid morning until dusk, with gentle evening breezes, so is ideal for leisurely drinks and meals while watching the sunset towards Juan les Pins.
The main living area has A/C and is light and spacious with a large comfy sofa and TV (French channels only) and a double bed is discretely positioned though an artistically curtained arch. There is a modern bathroom with wet-room style shower and a separate WC. The well equipped and self contained kitchen is slightly elevated providing a breakfast bar as well as plenty of work surfaces.
There is ample storage with a small wardrobe and cast iron shelves in the entrance hall and a washing machine is also available. The apartment is fitted with wifi and a private parking space is provided at the rear of the building (to be booked in advance).

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region
The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the sandy beaches of Ponteil and Salis and the historic Old Town of Antibes. Full of charm and character, the Old Town is a maze of alleys, lanes and narrow streets which will take you to all the many cafes, bars, bistros and restaurants. The regular street markets and the daily Marche Provençal displaying local crafts, wares and produce, attract locals and tourists alike. Take a seat at one of the many pavement cafes and enjoy a coffee whilst you totally immerse yourself in the French way of life. A visit to Port Vauban with its vast array of super yachts will prove well worthwhile whilst you marvel at the luxury and wealth on display. A walk to the Picasso and the Peynet museums are recommended and even a visit to the absinthe museum and bar for some lively atmosphere in the evening.
Within a fifteen minute walk of the apartment is the sister resort of Juan les Pins, a complete contrast to Antibes but well worth a visit.
Antibes Centre Ville
Only a short drive from Nice airport (30 minutes), guests can easily get to Antibes using public transport (bus or train) or by private transfer. Parking can be arranged at the residency, although a car really is not necessary.
The superb network of trains and buses allow all guests the opportunity to visit well-known places such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco and even Italy (in under 2 hours). If you are a frequent visitor to the area, there are always new paces to visit; St Paul de Vence with its many galleries, the hilltop village of Eze or even the small island of Île Sainte-Marguerite which is just off the coast of Juan les Pins.
There is always plenty to see and do in the area, for all ages, tastes and budgets.

"The perfect spot for a short break"
We returned to Antibes after a ten year absence. As we knew the town quite well we were very clear about what we wanted regarding accommodation. The studio on Avenue Foch ticked all our boxes. I short we were delighted! Our welcome host was helpful and very friendly on arrival - which was in torrential rain! The apartment really DID look like the photos; spacious enough for the two of us, lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa, nice modern bathroom with super shower. Also secure entry system and well kept communal areas. We were glad to have somewhere cosy on the first two rainy days, but equally glad to have a balcony that captured the sun almost all day for the rest of the week. The location was perfect. Minutes walk from the promenade, town beach and nearest supermarket. We were able to walk everywhere, come back to the apartment in between strolls to the market, museums, shops and harbour. Can't recommend it highly enough! We are thinking of every excuse to take another break there this year if we possibly can.......
