Set on the trendy French Riviera—20km from Cannes—our villa offers spacious accommodation for a large family or group with plenty of flexibility to select the lifestyle that best suits your needs. The main villa contains two double bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room—with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Three other double bedrooms—set as separate but attached apartments—complete the accommodation that allows plenty of independence and privacy if required. Each of the independent bedrooms has a bathroom and a kitchen.

The many terraces and the stylish overflow pool provide a variety of options for relaxing, outdoor dining or merely watching the sun go down over the sea as you sip your glass of wine and enjoy the vista.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

Antheor is a small Provencal coastal town which sits in the shores of the Mediterranean sea and is backed by the majestic Esteral Mountains. The red rocks of the Esterals come all the way down to meet the sea and form beautiful calanques that form many beautiful and secluded beaches.


Saint Raphael / Antheor area

The town of Antheor is only 20km from smart Cannes while chic St. Tropez lies about 30km west.

Antheor is very close to Agay and Sainte Raphael and so you will be close to great restaurants, beaches and recreation options.


How to get there

From Nice Airport - about 80km west on the A8. Take the exit to St. Raphael and then take the road to Agay and Antheor. Alternatively, take the coast road from Cannes and Antheor is 20km after Cannes. Easy to get to.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Alternative arrangements can be considered with prior arrangement.

The weekly charge includes linen, electricity, gas, water etc. There is a telephone for incoming calls only. Cleaning is charged at € 175 per week.

A booking deposit if 25% is required upfront with the balance payable 6 weeks before rental commences. A refundable security deposit of € 500 is also required at that time.

We are sorry but we do not allow pets and smoking inside the villa.
