About the home

Finca Lucia is situated in the area now referred to as "Spain's best kept secret"!!!
Located in a tranquil, private estate of six individual luxury villas surrounded by orange groves with incredible views, yet within a few minutes drive of "blue flag" beaches, fabulous restaurants, excellent resort facilities and "world class" golf courses. With large floodlit pool & private tennis court, the villa benefits from all the luxury facilities you could ask for, together with many areas of shade and patios for dining "al fresco" near to the pool
Swings and a sandpit for the kids complete the facilities that have been added for your relaxation!!

There are 4 double beds, four single beds and two sets of of bunk beds, sleeping a maximum of sixteen. There is also the facility of a mobile double sofa bed, a further fold-down single bed and a cot if required, which could give a maximum of 19. Due to the size of the bedrooms, this would not present any problems space wise. We are quite happy to discuss your requirements when booking.
Together with the five bathrooms, there is also a downstairs cloakroom, an outside changing room complete with shower and toilet, and a poolside shower.
Four double bedrooms upstairs, all with private balconies. Master bathroom has whirlpool bath and walk-in power shower. Downstairs, 1 large bedroom with 3 singles & futon and 2 further rooms with bunk beds & 1single. A child's cot is available on request. The kitchen is equipped with the best 'smeg' equipment. Six burner gas hob with extractor, eye level oven/grill, microwave and American style fridge with. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier (if needed!). The large lounge with French windows opening out on to the pool has a wide screen TV and a full sky satellite package. To relax you after your game of tennis or swim is an electric massage chair. There is also a hi-fi and DVD system. The whole house benefits from full air-conditioning and thermostatically controlled underfloor heating, for the romantic, there is a log burner in the lounge. The office (if required) has tel/fax and full internet access.

This property is ideal for Birthdays, Anniversaries and celebrations of any kind! Full assistance will be given to ensure your trip is a great success. We have had 21st, 40th, 60th, 80th birthday's, silver and other wedding anniversaries, yoga weeks and staff motivation weeks. The wide range of facilities make the Villa the ideal location for virtually any kind of event/celebration.
TENNIS GROUPS need not leave the villa at all!! A full size private playdeck tennis court is sited next to the lawn and the pool area, giving you the opportunity to 'cool off' after a hard-fought set!
For GOLFER'S, the two fabulous local courses (Val Del Este & Desert Springs) are only a few minutes drive from the villa and we can arrange for discounted green-fees and tee-times for you!!!!
There are plenty of other superb courses within driving distance for you to enjoy.

The Costa de Almeria region

Finca Lucia is set in orange groves near the sleepy little village of Los Colourados and is ideally situated for either relaxing by the pool or visiting the local area which has plenty on offer for people of all ages and tastes. The nearest town, just two minutes away, is Antas, which still retains a true Spanish charm, but offers all the amenities needed with bars, restaurants and shops. The motorway is 5 mins drive and the villa is within 10 minutes drive of 2 superb new golf courses. There are plenty of fabulous local beaches and Mojacar playa, which is about two miles long, is a short 15 minute drive and offers typical resort facilities. Either side of Mojacar are busy fishing ports and excellent seafood restaurants. If you wish to explore a little inland you will find a wealth of interesting places and customs to see. The views of the distant mountains and the sea from the villa are simply stunning. The villa is ideally set-up for children as are the superb local amenities.
