Walnut dining table with sumptuous leather dining suite and comfortable leather sofa in the lounge. underfloor heating throughout and woodburning stove coupled with deep pile rugs make your stay truly luxurious. purpose built ski/boot room with boot dryer/warmer and clothes dryer as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. all duvets are luxury feather and down filled and mattresses are memory foam for comfort and allergenic purposes. fantastic views to the piste and surrounding mountains.Skiing is truly from your door!
There is a Gasthof 100 yrds away offering superb food and set menu can be pre booked (currently 11,90 euros for 3 course meal)and an indoor swimming pool within 3-4 minutes walking distance. The village of Annaberg offers bank, supermarkets cafes and restuarants ski hire and bakers and is approx 5 minutes drive.

The Austrian Alps / Salzburgerland region
The Dachstein West area is truly a dual season resort . With summer temperatures up to 38 degrees and abundant snow in the winter the choices of activities is endless. From conventional skiing and boarding to
snow shoeing, crosscountry skiing, sledding and tubing in the winter and mountain biking, hiking, summer toboganning lake swimming, canyoning, rafting and kayaking in the summer to name just a few. The historic city of Salzburg is 40 minutes away and there are many buildings and castles of historic interest to explore.
The Annaberg area
Annaberg is directly linked to 140km of slopes as well as 130km of groomed cross country trails. The easy red run is right outside the door which leads you 200m to where you will find the local ski school, gentle nursery slope and 2 chair lifts. There are 46 ski lifts and the area has the reputation of one of the most family friendly resorts in Austria with the added bonus of queue free lifts for most of the season and competitively priced ski passes. An abundance of alpine huts serve delicious hot local food and drinks throughout the day.
