While you soak in the peace, quiet and tranquillity of the beautiful surrounds and take in the magnificent views, you remain just minutes away from the beaches, night markets, fine dining and all the high energy action that North Goa has to offer.

Newly constructed with premium finish & fittings, designed in the charming old world Portuguese architectural style the villa offers 3 spacious pool-view, air-conditioned bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms (both the upstairs bedrooms also have covered sit-out terraces attached). A spacious, air-conditioned living room with Entertainment Centre offers satellite TV on a 32" LCD screen, a mini home theatre that play almost every available format of audio and video, books, board games and more. A full kitchen, a powder room, washing machine, electric barbecue, hair dryers, a George Foreman electric grill... are just some of the other amenities you will find in the villa.

The entire villa is Wi-Fi Broadband Internet enabled. 24/7 security is provided by private security guards. The entire villa is also netted against mosquitoes and insects for your comfort.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with the inviting swimming pool barely 10 steps from the villa. Fabulous views of forest, fields and hills from the villa. The villa also has an electric barbecue you could set up in the back garden for a fabulous Goan evening under the stars.

Minimum booking is for 1 week stay (7 consecutive nights) and in similar weekly blocks thereafter.
Payment Terms - 25% payable at time of booking, balance 60 days prior to date of check-in. For rentals between 15th Dec to 16th Jan. and in all cases where the booking is made 60 days or less, prior to check-in, 100% advance payment is applicable.
