Minimum booking is for 1 week stay (7 consecutive nights) and in similar weekly blocks thereafter.
Payment Terms - 25% payable at time of booking, balance 60 days prior to date of check-in. For rentals between 15th Dec to 16th Jan. and in all cases where the booking is made 60 days or less, prior to check-in, 100% advance payment is applicable.
