About the home

Cami De Morella is perfect for the young couples and the older generation who just want to get away from the tourist area's.

However, not recommended for young children as the glass coffee tables may become a real hazard!

Port d’Andratx is one of Mallorca’s exclusive resorts, popular with the yachting fraternity and film stars, whose Italian style villas can be seen climbing up the hillsides. It is an unspoilt luxury resort away from the ‘package holiday’ makers. Situated in the Mallorcan hillside overlooking Port Andratx, with truly spectacular views from all angles.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The region surrounding Puerto de Andratx, one of the most beautiful natural harbors in Mallorca, possesses especially appealing landscapes. Here, in the gorgeous foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, you still find untouched nature with panoramic hiking trails, unique flora and fauna, and wine growing areas.

In spite of the passage of time, the harbor has retained its original Mallorcan culture to this day. Here, old Mallorcan fishing boats are docked next to prestigious sailing yachts and sport boats in the Club de Vela, embedded in a gorgeous backdrop of mountains and soft hills.

The Andratx area

Port Andratx is in the south west of the island, just 30 minutes drive from Palma, this picturesque fishing village offers a cosmopolitan atmosphere all year round. You will enjoy the smart boats, cool bars, boutique shopping and beautiful vistas of the harbour. The quayside offers a wide selection of bars, cafes and fantastic restaurants-most of which have several tables close to the waters edge.

At the exit to the airport follow the signs to Palma, once on the motorway follow signs to Andratx.
There is one way, you can follow to get to the house in Andratx:-
Take the slip road heading to the port at the first roundabout turn right then turn left at the next roundabout, carry on for 300 yards where you will come to a school on your left and a builders merchant on the right, take the turning to the left and carry on for a further 100 yards

Take the turning on the right just before you come to a bridge, there will be a tennis court on your right and a football stadium on your left follow this road for another 100 yards.
At the bridge turn left onto Cami De Morrella travel a further 500 yards on the main road until you come to the House on the left.

“I would not go back” Stayed here for 10 nights from 3rd September 2011. Nice place but ruined because. 1. The TV had no signal in the evenings just when we wanted it. 2. The two DVD's present did not work/were not connected. 3. The major reason for this poor review was that an army of rats were running around in the trees on top of the large pergola right above the seating area every night. 4. Stunk of drains. 5. Wi-fi not working. Was finally got working after 1 week. Response: We have written to the people who submitted this review via email detailing all concerns that they have complained about, however, it is obvious they were not happy. All problems have been corrected but unfortunately being a country house you must expect the unexpected which is out of our control. Regards Kevin Beddow

Hi Kevin,

Just like to say we all had a fantastic time at your property, everything was good and very comfortable (our boys liked the TV and pool), we
spent most days on the beach in Sant Elm and Camp De Mar, and back to pool in the afternoon.

Great time had by all. We plan to book again next year. Charlie and Lourdes kept everything very tidy around the pool area.
