Home description
This is a two floor villa with a beautiful courtyard. Nice landscape and private open space where you can enjoy a barbecue, play French balls, play basketball, play table-tennis or even have a hot shower!!
Ideal for families or group of friends who need a quiet house in the countryside with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. You can easily reach Anagni down town which is a very nice medieval town and all the nearby villages, the seaside and the mountains.
The Lazio region
The area is very nice, with beautiful scenery and coastline, and notable architecture and history. The best period to come is from Spring to Autumn as even during the Summer it is not as hot as in big cities. Winters can be rainy. Rarely it snows but mountains are nearby.
Anagni area
Anagni is a medieval town with a nice historical centre. Rich of interest is the Cathedral with its crypt mentioned to be as beautiful as the Sistine Chapel. Plenty of other curches, historical 'corners' and palaces. Visit the Palace of the Popes which is where the Pope Bonifacio VIII received its famous slap! The main street is full of shops, restaurants and pizzeria. Famous seaside towns are close to Anagni.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Ciampino which is only 40 minutes far and offers many budget airfares by ryanair. From the airport you need to rent a car as this is the easiest way to reach Anagni and to visit all the nearby towns.
