This stunning villa is situated in the village of Anafodia, which is neatly located just 20 minutes from the modern town of Larnaca. Treat yourself with a stroll round the designer high street shops, or relax in one of the many cosmopolitan tavernas to really appreciate this beautiful island. The local sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive away from the villa, and the Larnaca Promenade can be reached in 20 minutes. If you have children the camel park in Mazotos takes 10 minutes to get to, and also travelling up the East coast of the island you will find a fantastic water park in Ayia Napa called Waterworld which is also busy during the summer months. This intuitively designed villa reflects the modern exterior of the development. Open plan spacious living areas give way to terraces that overlook the pool, and also the stunning area surrounding the village. The furniture comes fully equipped to be able to create the perfect environment to enjoy your holiday. The baby cot in the bedroom, is available free of charges. Each bedroom and the living area has air conditioning along with fitted wardrobes. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

This intuitively design villa reflects the modern exterior. Open plan spacious living areas give way to the patio areas where there are further seating such as outdoor table and chairs for 6 and a comfy swing with canopy to protect from the sun at the height of the day. There are 6 Sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, fuly matured garden with Pomel, Grapefruit, Tangarine and Lemon trees and a gas BBQ.
The stunning area is surrounded by the village of Anosofia. The furniture comes fully equipped to be able to create the perfect environment to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Sleeping up to 7, the property has two twin beds, 2 double beds plus a baby cot. The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, oven/hob, large fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice cube dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and an electric grill. There is a large flat screen TV plus DVD player and CD Player fro you to use with a LARGE collection of DVDs and CDs to choose from.
Downstairs, there is a shower room which is ideal for after swimming and there is a large cloakroom in this area.

Littondale Villa has a perfect sized swimming pool, it is large and well maintained. The private, fully walled garden has been well looked after and contains several fruit trees to provide shade and fruit.
The swimming pool is the perfect place to relax after enjoying the activities on the surrounding local beaches.

We are flexible on dates of stay. Check in and check out times can be during any day of the week. 50% of rental fee due upon booking. 50% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay. A refundable €300.00 security deposit is also payable upon booking, and is refunded once an inspection of the property has been completed after your stay.

Larnaca International Airport is located within a 20 minute drive, giving it central location on this stunning island. Being able to enjoy the many high street and designer shops in Larnaca Town, and also enjoy the activities of the region such as yachting, surfing, jet skiing etc will certainly make this a holiday to remember. High street and designer shops are huge in Cyprus, and getting bigger by the year, so all the creature comforts of home, can be found here, making your stay perfect. Many of the villages surrounding Anafotida, offer exactly the same advantages and give you great variety on places to visit and things to see. Whether this is visiting the local Camel Park, enjoying water sports on the local beaches, or taking a trip along the coast, this stunning island offers it all.
If you love to Cycle, Cyprus offers you 3 fantastic Cycling Routes up in the Troodos Mountains. Ranging from 16 to 22 Kilometers, easy and medium degrees of difficulty with 2 types of tracks - Forest dirt track and paved roads. You will pass and hopefully see some wonderful places of interest such as, wild mountain goats, monasteries and waterfalls.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday), with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. In addition to this, a refundable breakages/damages deposit of €200 is required with all bookings, payable with the balance and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
