Fitted to an exceptionally high standard, this villa holds all usual amenities, including flat screen TV, DVD, Player with a selection of DVDs and satellite system, air conditioning in all rooms and a cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer.
All 3 bedrooms have en suite bath/shower rooms, while a range of cooking and electrical goods kettle,toaster,microwave,sandwich maker,juice maker and electrical BBQ with turner,fork and tongs are provided, together with a kitchen utility pack to cater for up to 8 people.A large cooler box is also provided.
Non breakable plates and glasses are also provided for kids when eating near pool area.There is a selection of children's inflatable toys and a baby cot and high chair are also provided.
The villa is offered on a self -catering basis.
If you require a maid service,this can be organised by separate arrangement with the management company.

Larnaca offers an irresistible mix of of year-round sunshine, leisure pursuits (ranging from a host of water-sports to serene fishing spots) and varied, exciting night-life, while the Troodos mountains - home of Mount Olympus - is less than an hour, and boasts excellent skiing between January and March.
Golf is well and truly on the up in Cyprus too,with new golf courses under construction on the island.One such course is planned for construction in the nearby village of Torresfenou which is 5km from the villa in Anafotia.
For those looking for a more active holiday there are plenty of activities to keep entertained in Larnaca e.g watersports,boating,,fishing,cycling.golfing.
For the family and children there is a big water park a 25min drive from the villa.
Very near the villa there is a Camal Park and small theme park which offers Camal Rides and other small rides for the children.
The Anafotida area
Whether you've been sunbathing, skiing or hitting the golf course (or even all three!), Anafotida and surrounding area offers a host of bars and traditional restaurants in which to sample some of the island's laid back lifestyle.
Be sure to sample some of Cyprus' famous cuisine - Meze, a huge range of tapas-like dishes is a real must, as is the locally produced wine.
There's great scenery for walks and cycle rides too, as well as a range of shops and small supermarkets for those everyday items.
Larnaca is a very short drive away and offers a more cosmopolitan atmosphere with the usual big chain restaurants and bars all lined up along the sea front.
Ayia Napa, Protaras and Pernera are about a half hour drive along the main A3 from the villa.
This is the location of the Water World Waterpark (The largest themed water park in Europe) .There is also an array of bars,discos and restaurants in and around the Ayia Napa area.
The villa is ideally located to escape the day to day stresses of normal life and away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, yet not too far should you wish to experience this as well as chilling out by the pool in the daytime.
The local area is surrounded by beautiful countryside,olive groves,rolling hills,valleys,and small Cypriot villages.
Here you can truly relax,soak up the sun,enjoy the fantastic views,long scenic walks,bike rides and truly savour traditional Cyprus.

Larnaca Airport serves as the main airport for the whole of Cyprus, so most major airlines - and plenty of smaller ones - will offer flights. Monarch Airlines, Cyprus Airlines and Easy-Jet are all well worth a look.

If you're taking a car from the airport take the motorway, you will see signs for Lemesos/ Limassol A5 follow signs for Lemessos ,Continue for 2 junctions and take junction 41 for Anna Fotida off the A5.

Overall a very enjoyable stay with good access to other parts of Cyprus. The villa is spacious with great views. It is very well maintained with the swimming pool regularly checked. It was very helpful to be met at the airport and be given the direction. The restaurant in the local village truly lived up to its reputation. |

The villa is in a lovely small village, with enough facilities to keep you ticking over, but far enough away from the tourist trail to enable you to relax. The villa is very nicely equipped and furnished, with all you need to enjoy a home from home in the sunshine. The camel park nearby is certainly worth a visit, but with the excellent EU funded roads in Cyprus it is pretty easy to get anywhere. The pool was great and very welcome in the heat. Only slight flaw is the eco timers on the aircon were max 1 hr which meant it got hot in bedrooms overnight when they cut off again. Have mentioned to owner. Would certainly stay again. |
