About the home

This historic house was built in the 17th century. It is situated in one of the most charming parts of the canal belt om the famous Jordaan district near Anne Frank's house and the Noordermarkt.
It's a lively neighbourhood with many restaurants, shops and bars.

The house is split level with two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, seperate bathroom and toilet and patio in the back. The apartment does not have steep stairways which can be found in many of Amsterdam's houses.
The apartment was renovated 5 years ago with a new layout and modern amenities. It is directly on the canal with large windows capturing the full view.

The Jordaan area where the apartement is located has thrived in the last decade with new restaurants and boutique shops openening regularly. Every Monday morning the nearby Noordermarkt and Westerstraat host the city's biggest fabrics and bric-a-brac markets. Central Station is 15 minutes on foot and Anne Frank house 5 minutes.
