This boat is perfect for 4 guests but can sleep an additional 2 guests on the single sofa beds in the main bedroom, and on the new double sofa bed in the living room, making it quite unique and great for larger families or a group of friends.

Opposite the Famous InterContinental Amstel Hotel, the Otto houseboat is perfectly situated for exploring the city or just for watching life and the boats go by from the floating terrace.

Only a 10 minute walk to Rembrandtplein (the entertainment centre) and the famous flower market. You are also not far from all the major tourist spots. Dam square, the red light district, the 9 streets for chic shops and cafes, Leidseplein are all a short walk away, or jump on the tram if your feeling lazy.

"Very well located and typical house boat but poorly maintained"

Very well located and with smart furnitures
BUT not properly clean, the house boats need some maintenance works
