Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 3
What's really good is, it's great value too.
Located near Amsterdam's centre, this holiday apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the Van Gogh museum and the museum area, the concert hall and a great shopping district as well as trendy De Pijp's Albert Cuyp market. And for business travellers it's also just down the road from the RAI congress centre and the Amsterdam WTC.
The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor and is totally private. You have your own entrance and it sleeps 2 people with two real separate beds so it's perfect for friends sharing.
It's 36 square metres and has one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen plus shower and toilet. Wireless internet is also included.
Another attractive feature of this holiday apartment is the 60 square metre roof terrace, which is bathed in sun all day long. There is also a laundry service upon request, provided by the owner who lives on the second floor.
Getting around is easy from the apartment if you like walking or bike riding. Alternatively, the WTC Amsterdam Zuid train-metro station is only 10 minutes walk as are trams and buses. The owner will gladly help you find what you are looking for (tickets, bikes, special shops, restaurants, etc)
A cool Amsterdam Apartment that's cheap is hard to find but here it is.

Northern Holland region
A canal cruise is probably Amsterdam’s most popular tourist attraction, and there is good reason why that is. A boat cruise on Amsterdam’s canals is both fascinating and relaxing.
But most importantly, it gives you a great opportunity to see the city’s most beautiful spots from a unique point of view. The majority of the tours takes you through the old centre of the city, and thus allows you to see elegant mansions, carillon-crowned churches, and picturesque bridges.
Amsterdam is best navigated by bike. There are cycle lanes everywhere, cars give way, and even in a city as compact as this, you’ll save hours compared to walking and using public transport.
Amsterdam bike rentals vary from €8 to €25 per day, and from slightly rickety, Dutch-style ‘pedal-brakes’, to fancy mountain bikes with lots of superfluous gears (this is the flattest country on earth, after all).
