It is located on a little jewel of 17th century building on the Brouwergracht This is a very spacious studio with wood floor fitted with every modern convenience. Just few block from the nearest bus/ tram stop. Shopping, a variety of great restaurants, cafes and delicatessens are all in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to all tourist attractions .
The studio comprises of: -The living room is furnished with two Royal couches, cable television CD players. - The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 4 people, is equipped with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary supplies. - The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, hairdryer is provided and toilet.

The Northern Holland / North Holland region
North Holland has always been one of the most important economical areas of the Netherlands, due to commerce, industry and fishing. This part of the country has learned to live with and profit from water. The province has water on three sides: North Sea to the west and the vast of IJsselmeer (Zuiderzee) to the east. The flat land in between is divided by two major canals: one connects Zaandam to Den Helder in the north, and the other (North Sea Canal), gives Amsterdam's busy port access to the North Sea at IJmuiden.

Further details
Confirmation of booking To make a reservation we require an initial deposit of 10 % of the amount of the booking as well as € 12.50 reservation fee together with written confirmation of your booking request. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival to the property owner.
An amendment charge of € 30.00 will apply to any changes made once a reservation of the lodging has been made. Amendments made less than fourteen working days prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation unless the duration of stay is extended.
Cancellation less than seven working days prior to arrival Should insufficient notice of cancellation be given a 50% charge may apply. For non-arrivals os non show the remaining amount of the booking will be charge on your credit card. Some properties owners may require a € 100.00 cash deposit or a credit card in-print on the arrival date. This is to cover the cost of any potential breakages or damage that may occur during the stay, as well as any extra charges. For some accommodation units the access door(s) are fitted with system locks. Reproducing the keys for these locks is painstaking and expensive. All charges must be settled in full prior to departure. For This deposit will be returned to you upon departure
