About the home

You'll find that your gorgeous apartment is in the most exclusive neighbourhood of Amsterdam, in an historical building in the authentic Dutch architectural style - the “Ämsterdamse School”. This is the new Nheemskerk Suites, where we have fully renovated four fully-furnished apartments dedicated to the natural elements of air, fire, water and earth.
Privacy, peace and comfort are yours, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Your tranquil apartment, dedicated to the “Earth” element, offers 60 square meters, and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with separate dining area, and a bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a bathroom with a rain shower – complete with a soft, luxurious housecoat - as well as a separate toilet off of the bedroom. The floors are cork – natural, soundproof and comfortable. Did we mention the use of our netbook with a fast internet connection and 2 flat TV screens?
You'll feel right at home, whether here on holiday or on business, when you are welcomed with our welcome basket of Italian prosecco, Dutch stroopwafel, juice and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, chosen for you... all with a little touch of poetry! We look forward to meeting you!

A space inspired on the relaxing colors and materials of a countryside landscape, will invite you in its lush wonder.

60mq of space, one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, one sofa bed for one or two extra persons, cork floors, a shared kitchen, one bathroom with a rainshower, soft bath vests, one extra shared toilet in the bedroom, two TV with cable connection, one netbook with a 120mb internet connection, Senseo coffee machine, induction cooking plate and electric oven. Everything in this suite is organized to make you feel at home.

Further details outdoors:
The Concertgebouw, with its beautiful, sunny café, and world-renowned concerts, is just around the corner - less than a minute away. With the most exclusive shops in Amsterdam just down the street, and the Van Gogh Museum and Rijks Museum about 3 minutes away, you can’t find a better location for experiencing Amsterdam’s cultural heartbeat.
Also a short walk away is the happening Leidseplein, with the famous American Café, the Staadschouwberg and the Melkweg music hall. Leidseplein boasts an incredible number of restaurants, shops, cafes, theatres and performance centres. Vondelpark is a 10-minute walk from your doorstep and offers open-air concerts, cafes, and a beautiful oasis of green for walking, jogging or just to relax in, perhaps with a picnic and a bottle of wine.
By foot, rental bike, taxi or tram, you can get wherever you want easily and quickly. Schipol Airport, Central Station and the RAI Congress Centre are all easily accessible. Our property is totally no smoking. As we are an official aparthotel rated 4 star in Horeca Nederland we are obliged ( also for your security) to have smoke and fire detectors and to be connected with the fire brigade! But don't worry as you can smoke outside or in the apartment with balcony :-)
Drugs and parties are forbidden.
We offer a relaxing place so we expect also a quiet behaviour ;-)

In the rental rate is almost everything inclusive and some thing are extra:

Kitchen clots
Luxury toiletries
We provide on arrival some toilet paper, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tabs, detergents for the laundry, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, enough to don't worry if you arrive late or tired . In any case the supermarket is around the corner open everyday from 08:00 to 22:00!
Free cabled internet connection with a net book that up to your wish can be used as a WI-FI spot.

We do not include:

Breakfast. We can offer a super delicious vegetarian or vegan breakfast served in your room from 08:30 until 11:30am.

Late check in or early check out.

Service fee 50Euro and Government City Tax 5%. We want to keep the cost for you lower so not including that we can give a discount on the commissions from the website.

At arrival we ask a safety deposit.
We take a lot of care in giving you a nice and clean space and of course we expect that you will take the same care :-)

Check in are only by appointment.

Check in or check out before 08.00 am or 6.00 pm are charged 25.00 euro extra.

Reservations:

In order to book the apartment is required in advance 30% of the total amount. This can be paid via Pay Pal or Bank transfer.

The outstanding balance can then be settled in cash upon
arrival.

At the check in we ask a safety deposit .This deposit is 250.00 Euro for families or couples and 200.00 Euro per person in case of group of friends/individuals per apartment. This deposits is given back at the check out when the apartment is left in good and clean conditions.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, Maestro, Pin. Payments with credit cards are charged 5% extra.

Minimum stay:
Minimum stay is 4 nights, in low season 3 nights. For a 3-nights stay we charge extra the cleaning cost, 50.00 euro.

The prices are intended for 2 persons. On request is available an extra bed and it costs 30.00 euro per night.
