The Garden House is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with a “beautiful garden” that can accommodate 10 guests, located close to Vondel Park.

The Garden House covers a 80 sqm with lovely high ceilings, exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows.

It has an attractive garden with seating completes this stylish holiday rental , great for a morning coffee al fresco or for an evening glass of wine. We also offer a big BBQ in the garden that can be used by our guests.

Located close to Vondel Park and 10 minute walking distance from Leidseplein, the apartment is ideal for large groups or families who want to stay in style. If you don't fancy walking the tram stops close by and the number 2 will whisk you into Dam Square in less than 10 minutes. This apartment is in the perfect location with most attractions reachable on foot and with excellent transport links for those not within walking distance. The living room is nicely furnished with a coffee table , flatscreen television, one large benches (sofa bed), ideal for chilling out after a hard day exploring. The spacious, modern open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fully automatic coffee machine. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs.

There is one big bedroom with a 2 single beds and a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The livingroom has a separate and private sleeping area with 1 double beds. On the other side of the livingroom has 2 big double sofabeds for a total of 4 people.

The apartment boasts two modern bathrooms all with shower and a sink. There are also two seperate modern toilets.

Area information:

This apartment is located just a short distance from Vondelpark, Leidseplein and the Museum District. The view from the apartment is that of the World Heritage Protected Central Canal Belt and the stunning canal houses that make the area what it is. Some of these houses, including Museum Van Loon, can be visited and provide a great insight into how wealthy Dutch merchants lived during the Golden Age. The Canal Belt is a charming area to walk around and is home to great cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Just a short distance from the apartment is the Museum Quarter home to several of the city's largest museums including the Van Gogh Museum, Rijks Museum and the Stedelijk Museum. The district is also home to the Concert Hall and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Vondel Park, the largest park in the city, isn't far from the Museum District and is the perfect place to relax on a warm afternoon. Leidseplein is within walking distance and is one of Amsterdam's nightlife hubs filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs and life music venues. If you are a beer lover, why not visit the former Heineken Brewery, just a short distance from the apartment and although it no longer brews beer, you can take the tour and learn the history of the brewery and beer itself. This apartment is located in the perfect position, with numerous attractions within walking distance and public transport links available for those places not reachable of foot.

Check-in/out Policies

450 EUR cash damage deposit is to be paid on your arrival.

The check-in is at the APARTMENT from 3 pm to 9 pm.

Early or late check in/out can be requested but is subject to availability, for an additional fee and can be confirmed only 24 hours before arrival.

After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
