The property is set in approximately 3 acres of very private land in a conservation area. Three-quarters of an acre is fenced around the property with gardens and parking within. Approximately 5 minute by car to the nearest supermarket in Amposta. Amposta is a super little Spanish town and shopping area on the River Ebro, which is famous for fishing.
The property is elevated, has fantastic views over the mountains, river and the mediterranean. It is approximately 15 minutes by car to Sant Carlos Spanish Resort with super little beaches and holiday complex. Approximately 15 minutes to Laldia Station (trains to Barcelona).

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The property is in the foothills to mountains, but close to Ebro Delta and Mediterranean. Catalonia has its own identity and culture. Proud of its artistic heritage, the area was home to artists like Miró and Gaudi.
The Catalan countryside is rugged and rocky, with masia farmhouses across the region. Barcelona itself is a feast of culture and architecture, from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas to the modernised waterfront and the spectacular unfinished Cathedral.

Amposta area
At the southern end of the Costa Daurada is Amposta, one of the most traditional towns on the mouth of the river Ebro. Amposta has many medieval origins, such as the remains of its castle. Little Village Freginals with a Bar ,Restaurant ,Post Office ,Pharmacy.
Amposta is a 5 minutes drive away and is a large town with most facilities.
How to get there
Fly to Reus (Ryanair cheap flight). Take motorway outside airport to Amposta approximately 64km. Freginals is a small village in the foothills approximately 6km further. The property is approximately 1km before Greginals, standing oon its own, in a conservation area.
