The large living area with feature staircase has 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) and a bathroom leading off it with an additional 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) upstairs offering flexible accommodation.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear and off road parking for up to 2 cars. The property is situated in the small hamlet of Burwen close to the pretty seaside area of Bull Bay and is within 10 minute walking distance of the beach and popular Bull Bay Hotel. The Trecastle Hotel is a 5 minute drive as is the Bull Bay Golf course.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Anglesey region
Anglesey is best loved for it's varied coastal scenery from it's spectacular cliff top views to it's isolated coves, sandy beaches and tiny seaside villages. The dramatic weather and rugged countryside make it an ever changing landscape. The Island is steeped in history with it's numerous historical towns such as Beaumaris, Amlwch, Llangefni and Holyhead. The lighthouses of Penmon, South Stack and the old lighthouse at Ynys Llanddwyn are popular tourist attractions and the beaches at Abberfraw, Rhosneiger & Red Wharf Bay are second to none making them ideal locations for water sports .
There are 5 premier golf courses on the Island plus 4 nine hole courses providing varied options for golfers. Amlwch / Burwen area
Burwen is a small rural hamlet set on the edge of Bull Bay which has a choice of 2 hotels serving great pub food. The beach and golf course are within walking distance and the pretty fishing village of Cemaes which offers a wide range of pubs, shops, galleries and eating places plus a sweeping sandy beach and access to the Coastal Footpath is a 5 minute drive away. The historical town of Amlwch is a 2 minute drive and has a number of interesting shops, a market and leisure centre. Parys Mountain on the outskirts of Amlwch is home to the Copper Mine Trail and was the world's largest copper mine during the 18th century. The old fishing port in the town dates back to medieval times and offers regular fishing excursions throughout the season. The spectacular coastal footpath runs along the clifftops and takes you to the idyllic hamlet of Llanellian which is popular with water sports enthusiasts.
How to get there
The property is easily accessed by car and is less than 2 hours drive from Liverpool or Manchester Airports from which budget airlines such as Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Jet2 and BMI Baby operate. The new airport on Anglesey itself also offers direct transfers to Cardiff allowing visitors from the South the option of flying with local Hertz car hire avilable. The port of Holyhead is 30 minutes drive and has regular crossings to and from Ireland on the Irish Ferries and Stena Fast Ferry.
