This is a charming, semi-detached property which is furnished to a very high standard. Set in a quiet area of the village, yet only a short walk away for those wanting to wander around the flower-filled lanes and cobbled yards or enjoy a pint and a meal in one of the local pubs without using your car. With fantastic views and off road parking for 2 cars - this house offers a very comfortable base with an excellent standard of finish, in a great location.

The back door leads into a useful utility room with washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer, downstairs toilet and plenty of space for muddy boots. This leads to the Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher and lovely views of Latterbarrow which make washing up a delight! There is a separate dining room with large table and chairs - woodburning stove and french doors leading out into the rear patio. The owners have left a good selection of games and books for their guests to enjoy. The pretty lounge is at the front of the house offers views across the meadow to the village. It is beautifully decorated with 2 deep sofas and a chair, a woodburning stove set on a slate hearth, flat screen TV with Sky Freeview and DVD.

Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms, all with co-ordinated fabrics and very high quality wooden furniture. One double, one twin and one room with large single bed. The modern family bathroom is fully tiled and offers a large bath, separate shower cubicle with curved screen, basin and wc.

The cottage is heated by gas central heating as well as the 2 stoves, so is very warm and cosy, ideal for use all year.

The private patio with garden furniture makes this a delightful place to eat al-fresco and enjoy the tranquility of the location. There is also a bench in the front garden, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. There is off road parking adjacent to the cottage. There is a garage which can be used for secure bike storage if required.
