Knipe Fold Cottage is beautiful detached property newly redeveloped with great flair by local craftsmen. It incorporates eco - friendly technologies with all modern conveniences whilst keeping the cottage character and charm.

Set in a quiet rural location amongst a small group of houses close to Tarn Hows with lovely views across the Esthwaite Valley.

The entrance hall leads into the large lounge which can be divided by french doors if desired..creating two comfortable rooms. At one end a woodburning stove set in a stone fireplace in a great focal point for the room - comfortable seating and a lovely window seat for admiring the views across the valley. The other offers TV with SKY freeview and DVD and wifi , comfortable seating and access to the patio via french windows. The stylish bespoke kitchen is very well equipped with a Rangemaster cooker (gas) microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher (washing machine and dryer in utility room). The new cottage extension has created a light and airy dining room with flatscreen tv access and out onto the garden via french windows

Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is en-suite with a large shower cubicle, basin and wc and also has wall mounted TV with Sky. There are 2 other bedrooms one double and a twin (with TV) all furnished and finished to a very high standard. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and wc.

The cottage is heated by a ground source heat system and solar panels (backed up by a electric heating system) making it eco - friendly and very warm!

Outside there is a pretty, enclosed garden with large patio area - great for al fresco dining and a lawn for the children to play . There is off- road parking for 2 cars by the cottage
