Located in the popular seaside market town of Amble, with excellent restaurants, coffee shops and eateries nearby, Panhaven is a first floor apartment set over two storeys and offers plenty of room for a family of up to 5 / 6 or a group of friends looking for a tastefully furnished but relaxed base from which to explore the coastline, the many local islands, towns, villages and castles in the area. With 3 good size bedrooms - the large single bedroom is located on the first floor and can take the fold up bed with a quality, memory-foam mattress for a 6th guest. The two spacious double bedrooms are on the second floor with a lovely view to the sea from the master bedroom.

With a comfortable lounge and great view over a village green from the large window to the front, a good size kitchen / dining room with beautiful dining furniture for 6, a utility room, family bathroom and boot room, there really is plenty of room to spread out. Outside, there is parking available in front of the property for one car (with other parking nearby) and a small shared rear yard for bikes, wet suit storage etc.

Accommodation Summary:

Entrance with stairs to the first floor accommodation and landing.

Lounge – Large, comfortable sofa, occasional tables and lamps. flat screen TV with Free-view, DVD player, i-pod docking station/CD player, Wi-Fi and books. The large feature window overlooks a village green with views towards the bay and Coquet island.

Kitchen/Dining Room – With all modern facilities, including dishwasher, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster and cafetiere etc. The dining table has seating for 6.

Utility Room – with fridge freezer, microwave/combi oven, washing machine, storage cupboards, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, high chair, etc.

Family Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Boot Room - with storage, hooks for coats etc. and the stairs leading to two second floor bedrooms.

Bedroom 1- oak furniture, including a single bed, bedside drawers and lamp, mirror and wardrobe N.B. There is a comfortable, fold-out bed with a good quality, memory foam mattress for a 6th guest available for this room.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2 – Master bedroom with double bed, bedside drawers, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and easy chair. There is a large, 'Velux' window with views across the green towards the amazing Coquet Island with its smart lighthouse. A must to visit!

Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with bedside drawers and lamps, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Outside:

From the kitchen there are stairs leading down to a shared yard where you can store bikes, wet suits etc.

Parking: for one car in front of the property. Any additional cars will be able to find parking spots nearby.

One small, well behaved dog is welcome at Panhaven.

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Parents: there is a travel cot and high chair available.
